The room is great and the lake view is super beautiful. You need to reserve parking in advance. Otherwise, if the parking lot is full, you can only park on the opposite side of the road. It takes ten minutes to drive to the center of town, which is great!

The view of the lake from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is so beautiful. There is also a balcony. The living room is large and spacious. The room is slightly smaller and there is a passage to take a walk by the lake. The room is well-equipped and the bedding is good, but the parking lot is a bit small and it's a bit winding to go upstairs.

The view and structure of the room are really beautiful. But I encountered a very speechless thing during this trip. After returning home, I found that my credit card was charged more than 2,000 RMB. I learned from Ctrip customer service that the hotel room was damaged, but we are very sure that nothing was damaged, and some of the hotel equipment is a bit old (the cooking utensils are dirty and old, and the faucet is about to fall off). Contacting the hotel through Ctrip did not get any results, and I sent an email but there was no reply. I was charged more than 2,000 RMB. This is a ** behavior. Friends who go out should pay attention.

I stayed at this hotel from April 15th to 18th. We booked 4 rooms, two suites and two standard rooms, for a total of 8 people. Two of the guests are over 70 years old, one guest is over 60 years old, and another guest has a lumbar disc herniation and has difficulty moving. Because the hotel is under renovation, the height limit is 2 meters. Our Volkswagen station wagon exceeds 2 meters, so our Volkswagen station wagon cannot drive to the hotel reception. There is a very steep slope from the intersection to the reception, the height is estimated to be 20 meters, and the distance is no more than 50 meters. The hotel does not provide luggage transportation for guests staying at the hotel. When we checked into the hotel, we were able to overcome it because it was a downward trip. We checked out at 6:30 on the morning of April 18 and headed to Te Anau. The hotel still did not provide luggage transportation. Our group members had to climb a very steep slope to push the luggage to the intersection, which was very hard.

This is the most beautiful and best hotel I have ever stayed in in New Zealand! The room is very good, very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a small balcony on the first floor, where little ducks will come and play.
