Morazul Hotel Boutique

New Boutique hotel in downtown Querétaro. Excellent location. The hotel was opened a year and three months ago. It has 12 rooms. Very attentive receptionists. Very comfortable rooms. Very nice decorated. The shower is superb. The rooms have good size and all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Good for families or for couples. The hotel has no restaurant or indoor parking. You can park 6 blocks away in a close parking lot . It doesn’t have any extra cost. It’s an excellent choice to sleep in Querétaro Highly recommend

This is a really charming boutique-type hotel with a gorgeous Mexican design that's bright and charming. Very comfortable bed, fantastic WiFi (over 100 mbps), good hot water/shower pressure, and extremely accommodating staff. There is no a/c, but the ceiling fan worked great and Queretaro cools down nicely at night. I stayed during the hottest time of the year and was fine. Very safe with locked front door. It's on a quiet and safe street right in the center, but a few blocks away from noise and bars. You can walk to anywhere from the hotel. Uber from the bus station is about 60-80 pesos. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Good value for money new building that is hard to see in Keretaro. The accommodation is cheap and the gym and washing machine & dryer are available. Conveniences such as Domino Pizza, Starbucks, convenience stores and restaurants are also good in front of the hotel.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the reception lady and the night watcher were very careful and pleasant c: The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bed that touched me was something hard, but out of that everything is okay. uwu

When I booked everything seemed right. When we arrived by taxi we couldnot see any hotel. But we were at the right address. The driver told me that some properties were hidding the fact that they are actually a hotel to avoid paying taxes. The facade certainly looked like one of those. It is a painted wall with a solid gate and nothing else.Upon arriving there is this big patio and the building in the back. Staff seemed courteous. As we arrived early I asked to see the room and it was clean and unoccupied. Very small. The closet area was wasted with dishes for 4 people that could never fit to eat there, I asked the man who took us to the room to please take all those dishes away. On top of that there was a microwave over and a coffee maker on a top shelf. That was so ridiculous. We were in the construction industry nadhave designed several buildings. I looked at the situation and the space for clthing and suitcases was precisely where they so wrongly tried to make an eating area and a ktichenette. There was instead an upper rack with 4 hangers, that was the only area for your clothes and nothing for your suitcases. The hardware for the door is very modern with numbers to open. The floors and bathroom features are new and modern. The sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom had a shower and toilet. There were 2 beds and hardly any room around each bed. As a result we had no room to place an open suitcase. We had 2 and a carry-on as we were travelling for 2 planned months. I basically had one suitcase on the bed and the other one on the floor. But if I wanted to be on the other side of that bed I had to climb the bed. The view from the room was the roof of other properties. There were death plants in the planters in the exterior. I had to make many calls to make sure that was cancelled with a full refund except for the one night we spent there. When we arrived the staff was told not to let us in the room until pass 3:00 p.m. although the room was ready an unoccupied. We had arrived from Medellin Colombia, we were tired. One guest owned a small dog that kept of barking. That was definetely in the hotel. It does have an elevator thanks God. I did not have a chance to take pictures of the room because I was too busy buying a SIM card for my cell and making calls to demand a cancellation of the reservation and a full refund -with the exception on the one night- and looking for antoher hotel to stay.
