Plus: · Great location. Amazing value for price. Humungous room with all amenities. Morning staff - helpful and smiling, willing to help. Minus: · The lady that checked us in, she seemed bored with her life and work: - she could not provide us with simple advice: where could we have a local taco - she ”forgot” to give us the key - she didn't mentioned where the room was, we had no idea where to go, and we needed to keep asking in order for her to explain us where the room was - again, maybe it was just her bad day. in the end, after this experience we decided to rely more on uncle Google's help then hers

We literally just stayed overnight as part of a tour. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We rang reception to request an iron and it arrived within a couple of minutes even though we were on the 6th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter was really helpful as our Spanish is so poor. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Ggood_A new building with good cost-effectiveness that is hard to find in Queretaro. Accommodation costs are affordable, and both the gym and washing machine & dryer are available. Domino's Pizza, Starbucks, convenience store, and restaurants in front of the hotel are also convenient.

GGuest UserTraveling again. Usually when I travel, I typically stick to US-based chains due to points, status and reputation. This business trip I decided to try Domun based on the TripAdvisor reviews and the location. The check in was quick, the front desk staff was OK. Parking is spacious. The restaurant and it's staff is amazing; very attentive and willing to make sure you are comfortable. Food quality and options are better than any US-based chains I've had in QRO. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. I will stay here again.

HHelmutIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

GGuest UserVery beautiful place to stay, in the heart of Queretaro city center. It was quiet when we went there and we had the outside patio for ourselves, which was great because we went with our toddler. Only downside was the total lack of flexibility from the lady at the reception desk. We had to cancel our second night due to a family emergency, she refused to refund (at least partially) our night. I asked for the possibility of a discount for our next stay, she argued that their prices would change soon so it could not be done. Other than this unfriendly experience, this is a good place to stay.

GGuest UserA good choice for pleasure or business trips, in the staff this trip was because of celebrating my birthday and the staff of the hotel leave me a very personalized and pleasant surprise in my room, the facilities are always very Clean, excellent customer service, varied breakfast buffet and in an accessible time range, check-in and check-out timelines very comfortable and accessible.

Chose this because of Hilton. The location is good, close to alot of the major industrial parks in the south central part of the city. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, bank and cafe close which make it nice. The rooms are the not so good part about the property; outdated, old and somewhat broken. Obviously I'm comparing to the other Hilton properties I've stayed at. I will say, the breakfast is pretty damn good, the staff is caring and their service is shines.

GGuest UserMi familia y yo nos hospedamos en el hotel el viernes 24 de noviembre. Al siguiente día, salimos del hotel y regresamos a cambiarnos de ropa, cuando mi hermana se percató que le faltaban unas sombras nuevas de una marca de lujo y a mi sobrina le sacaron de su mochila su cartera. Además, se supone que ya habían hecho la limpieza en los cuartos y los encontramos sucios, ni siquiera nos pudieron agregar una caja de pañuelos que desde el primer día estaba prácticamente vacía. Bajamos al lobby a exponer los hechos con una gran preocupación y hubo nula atención. La gerente Alejandra y el jefe de seguridad José, y no digo los apellidos porque se negaron a dárnoslos, se dedicaron a proteger y a ocultar la identidad de la camarista que fue la única persona que entró a las habitaciones después de irnos y que desaparecieron las cosas. Se dedicaron a señalarnos como culpables de lo sucedido y de acusarnos de mentirosos. Fuimos a Querétaro al funeral de la abuelita de mis sobrinos, y todavía tuvimos que pasar por algo así. Gracias a este problema perdimos tiempo invaluable. La persona de seguridad, José, es una persona sumamente agresiva, que incluso se atrevió a acerc**** violentamente a mi padre, que tiene 80 años. Además, pedimos el reembolso de ese día que, por supuesto no íbamos a ocupar, y tuvieron el descaro de mentirnos y decirnos que a mi cuñado se le había hecho el debido reembolso, cosa que no era cierto. Al reclamar esta situación, quedaron de hacer el reembolso esta semana, cosa que no creo que suceda. No hubo manera de ver a la camarista. Le enseñaron a mi papá el vídeo de la cámara de seguridad en el que se ve que sale desde muy lejos y obviamente no se alcanza a ver nada. He tenido la oportunidad de viajar y conocer muchos hoteles en México y alrededor del mundo, y definitivamente me avergüenza saber que un hotel como este opera en mi país. Así que por favor NO se hospeden en este hotel, porque además de que roban, atacan a los clientes, y el servicio es terrible. Hay nula capacitación del personal en todos los ámbitos. Es una verdadera vergüenza este hotel para la hermosa ciudad de Querétaro. Ojalá que la nueva cadena que lo compró tome cartas en el asunto.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel due to having an early flight and there aren't many options close to the Queretaro hotel. The hotel had trouble confirming that my booking was prepaid, but were able to figure it out after about 10 minutes. The TV did not work and calls to reception were not answered. The hotel room itself is very basic, but good enough for a one night stay. Dining options closeby were minimal other than a short walk to Tim Hortons and a gas station. The restaurant at the hotel was closed. Other than being close to the airport, the location was on the side of a busy highway. I would probably seek other options next time.
