Overall I was amazed especially the service. The staff are fully trained how to please the customers. The room is clean and nicely presented. And I was that they have the pouch of a personal care kit. I highly recommend this hotel. I will probably book again with them.

The hard pillows are not comfortable, the air conditioner does not adjust the cold, there are small cockroaches, the staff is kind, the first room I went to smelled of cigarettes, I moved and they immediately moved me to another room so
