"The room smelled bad (like how a sewer smells) when I went in the first time. Bathroom door didn’t align with door jamb. Asked to be assigned a different room but they said maintenance will try to fix it first. In classic Filipino style, it was “handled”. Noticed a number of drain flies in the bathroom. Shower drain was clogged. Called for assistance & was sent the same man (this time he is from the “engineering” department). Kind man removes the drain cover & fishes out clump of hair from previous occupants. The drain cover they have lets hair go down through it so you can’t see hairfall accumulating but neither does housekeeping. Only one lift was available for guests to use. Staff are all kind, helpful & courteous, the location was convenient for what i needed to do but the hotel is basic & needs to be cleaned properly."

Not sure if that's the hotel's policy, but it would be nice if items found during room inspections could be kept at the front desk or guests could be contacted. Other than that, we always have a great experience here!"
