"Place location is ok. We were stuck for hours at the 7th floor reception because of brownout. I dont understand why a large hotel like this dont have a backuo generator. 3 hours we have to endure no aircon and felt trapoed since we cannot check in and we cannot leave either."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Water pressure in the bathroom was also good, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is very convenient, especially when it comes to food and coffee. There are plenty of options nearby, all within walking distance. However, there were a few downsides. We were often woken up by hammering noises in the morning, which was quite disruptive. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to be working properly, and the small fridge was also not functioning, so we couldn’t store our drinks. Additionally, there’s no room service. You have to order food and pick it up yourself."

"I have stayed here before pandemic and I may say that there are a lot of improvements already especially their service! Their food has also improved. I hope that the next time I visit, their café will offer pastries and cakes. Also, their rooms are outdated already. I hope they do something about it. Overall, the experience on their service is exceptional."

"They woke me up at 2AM for a routine smoke alam check. AT 2AM. They didn't explain what exactly they are gonna do. I am a solo female staying in my room wearing only my bathrobe and it was a guy knocking at the door. Woke up from their knock and still had no idea what's happening. I had to wear my pants and shirt again at 2AM. They entered the room, look up at the smoke alarm and then left with a half hearted apology. I have a sleeping disorder, stayed here for a vacation and to get a good night sleep but I wasn't expecting that I'll only get 2 hrs of sleep because I was not able to sleep again after they bothered me. Very Terrible experience. There are some dirt floating in the toilet when I opened it. It looks like it's not flushing properly."
