MisisCWe absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service.
We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues.
Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong.
The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued.
We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place.
Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel.
When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have.
It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Sally F.We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy nearby attractions.
The staff were all friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, especially Randy and Kevin, who were very helpful.
We celebrated my sister’s 60th birthday here, and it turned out to be a truly memorable event. Special thanks to Manager Jha, who was very kind and helpful in organizing everything for our celebration. Joyce and the rest of the team were also attentive and supportive, making sure all our needs were met.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! My child had so much fun and really enjoyed the indoor pool. The room was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing us to sleep soundly throughout the night. The breakfast buffet had limited food choices, but it was still enjoyable. What I loved most was the ambiance of the dining area—it was quiet, relaxing, and the instrumental music playing in the background made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, we had a great time and would gladly stay here again. 😊

Guest UserJust enough and fair for a standard hotel. We book for New Year's eve for us to watch the countdown firecracker but what a spoiler, we were given a room at the second floor in which the view in the window is a cluttered yard of a local house. On the morning of Jan 1, breakfast served at 7.30am and hotel guests were packed in a small dining place inside coffee shop.

Tracing the TraceysThe room was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The location is away from most of the busy area so we really rested well after a long trip with typhoon tailing us…there’s a 7-11 nearby and other restaurants about 20 minutes away. Quite far really. Their breakfast is plated with very limited options . For the price you pay here, you’re already getting buffet in other hotels. Not complaining, just stating facts from experience.
As the pictures show, they have hotel slippers that were way too small for my husband 😅. The lobby area is quite spacious while waiting for us to get checked in. They were so considerate and allowed us to check in early.

Emma MaestroStayed at Camelot Hotel for our Christmas party and loved its vintage charm. The wooden furniture is well preserved, and the nostalgic lobby with Camelot-era décor gives it a unique feel. Plus, the location is great—just walking distance to HYDRO and Starbucks. Very convenient and memorable stay.

J.G.P.A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep.
Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys.
Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.

The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
