The convenience of being connected to the mall makes this location ideal, but unfortunately, the discomfort caused by the service detracts from the overall experience. It's suitable for a brief stay, but not for an extended one.

Location is good as hotel is connected to Robinson Magnolia. Staff is okay too. However, breakfast is very limited and is breakfast area is situated immediately after stepping out of the elevator.
