The hotel is in a good location and has good service. It is too old. The room smells a bit like paint, which should be a problem with the decoration materials. The air conditioning is very good and cost-effective. You can walk directly to Robinson Mall.

Nice & cool hotel connected to mall so have many food options polite staff as well just the smell sometimes is a bad thing & hotel is always full though it’s nice .

The attitude of the service staff was very good, but the efficiency really needs to be improved. It took a long time to deliver an extra bath towel and quilt. We asked the front desk to send someone to pick up our luggage early the next day. As a result, someone was sent to pick up our luggage only after we had finished breakfast and arrived at the door. It took nearly 40 minutes in total.
