I had a wonderful experience! The service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always available to answer any questions I had. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and inviting. And the food? Absolutely delicious! I couldn't have been happier with my entire experience.

We arrived a little earlier than the booking time for us to have time for parking and we were able to check in early. The staff was accommodating but not so much, maybe I was expecting a warmer welcome since the hotel is considered a 5 star. It would be better if they had more staff to assist guests as they came through the door.
As for our whole stay, everything was good. We were able to enjoy the spacious room and the nice bed, the swimming pool, and the playground. The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices but the flavor of some of the food could be improved.
We look forward to staying here again.

I stayed here 5 years ago, when it was rated 5 stars. I felt very good at that time. I booked here again when I went to Manila this time, but the room felt very old, there was a musty smell in the room, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the breakfast was not as good as before.

An ofw na makasama si mom ko sa birthday staycation bago ung flight ko. Thought like other hotels my pa surprise when it’s your bday, wala pala 😂. The breakfast was great.

Had an overnight stay in Seda Vertis North and I would say that we were very satisfied. Staffs are friendly, accommodating and very approachable. Buffet breakfast is superb!! We will definitely comeback 😍
