Spending my life in hotels, I always compare a similar standard and service. The hotel reception is pretty and well-designed. There are two small lounges, quite cocooning. The room is pleasant and well equipped. You must ask for a bottle of filtered water at reception. The cleaning on certain points is limited (it's not the end of the world either, because it's fine, but the toilet brush was dirty). The breakfast is OK but based on the high prices, at 15€, it starts to be expensive and there is nothing more than those offered at 12€. At this price, there is just a kettle with instant coffee. The street side is a little noisy with the bar nearby (but it's still quiet and very bearable). Access to the hotel is a one-way street with few parking spaces, so you have to take the paid parking lot. And if you want to find a place, you have to go around the block again and wait in traffic jams. No restaurant, so you have to go back to explore on foot. (The staff gave me two or 3 addresses but without the name of the restaurant, we forget it). I ask if there is any commercial kindness for people like me, I am told no this evening...and today I see a room for the restaurant February 2 a little less than 20€ cheaper. Today, I have the same service, not far from there at €115 for a stopover evening, all year round and with a Nespresso machine and capsules galore as well as 2 bottles of water. Here, the hotel, breakfast, parking, restaurant, €170. There is still a significant delta for an equivalent service. The staff is pleasant. That said, it's a good hotel.
