This is a well run family property located across a busy street from a large urban park. The neighbor is fine during the day, but a night it is a little sketchy, so restrict your evening travel to cabs or urber.

Hotel pequeno mas com detalhes pensados em cada ponto. Atendentes atenciosos em especial Santiago e Gabi. Muito bem localizado e com gostoso café servido individualmente na mesa.

L'hôtel est situé en face du parc El Ejido, il y a une station de Metro pas loin donc on peut se déplacer facilement. On avait pris la chambre avec jacuzzi, avec la salle de bain en bas et le lit en haut d'une mezzanine. Par contre le lit n'était pas très confortable, il grinçait dès qu'on bougeait! Et la chambre était bruyante, car on était entre l'entrée de l'hotel et la rue de derrière. Le service était un peu limite, il a fallu demander plusieurs fois de faire le ménage et de changer les serviettes qui ne séchaient pas avec l'humidité. Le pdj était simple mais bon, servi dans une toute petite salle intimiste. Ce qui rattrape la note c'est l'accueil gentil et attentionné des propriétaires.

My adult daughter and I stayed at Inti. We felt very safe at the hotel and in the neighborhood. There is a huge park right across Inti. Hotel is located in center of the city, which makes it convenient to go to either ends of Quito to visit Mundo or Cotopaxi.
Bathrooms are completely renovated, large and extremely clean. This is a huge plus compared to other hotels.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast was bread, butter, jam, eggs, awesome coffee, milk, yogurt, granola/oats, variety of local Ecuador fruits. On days that we had an early tour, the lady staff made our breakfast early. And, on our last day she packed breakfast to the airport!
If I go back to Quito, I would stay there again!

It is a very comfortable hotel with excellent bed and great shower. Although their English is not very good they make it up with effort. It is family run so it is cost. Their airport transfer was excellent.
The location is very convenient with most attractions within short walking distance. 20 minutes tops to the center of the historical center and smarten 15 to Place Foch if you want nightlife.
Overall I had a great time. When I left we were all like friends.

This is a very cute boutique hotel owned by a husband and wife. They are really accommodating and the place is kept very clean and very well appt
The hotel is based next to El Ejido park which has quite a lot of shops and things going on. Which is handy for food and also shopping. The artesanal Market of mariscal is just 8 mins walk away
It is also handy to walk to the old town. Takes about 15 mins
The breakfast is basic but good with a variety of fruit, eggs and bread and coffee
The rooms are the most unique part as some has a jacuzzi tub in it
