The environment is good, it is a garden hotel, and there is an airport shuttle service. Far from the city, the room is big.

I was arriving late into the airport and didn't want to trek into central Quito as it's a 35 min ride away and I was a first time visitor to Ecuador. This property came up as one of TripAdvisor's "Best of the Best" so decided to go ahead and make a booking. Apparently this is a Venezuelan chain, which has locations in Latin America. Overall, first impression was very good. I had a shuttle driver with a sign waiting for me outside of customs after having communicated with the hotel prior about a airport pickup. Front desk was friendly and efficient. I was even upgraded to a suite for the night. Property seemed to be more of a mid-range hotel similar to a Courtyard or Hilton Garden. Impressions of the room were also very good: clean, spacious and comfortable. I got a pleasant night's rest. Breakfast was decent...offerings were fairly good, although I've had much better. Dance music playing in the lobby and restaurant was a bit odd, but all good. The hotel also offers a fairly decent gym and pool, however, the pool was closed during my visit. Overall, not sure I'd call this a "Best of the Best", but I thought my stay very good. I would definitely recommend it for a quick overnight stay near the Quito airport.

Great place and helpful staff. Everything was top notch.
All positive for my visit. Only thing I'd say to improve is the pool hours till 7 so people can enjoy the twilight in the beautiful Andes. 6 is a bit early.

Excellent hotel, the staff and accommodations are outstanding! The rooms are beautiful and the bed is like heaven! My go to hotel when I visit Ecuador. I definitely will be back. Oh, and the bar makes an incredible Cosmo! The staff speaks English which is a plus for my limited Spanish. 5 Stars for sure!
