Fantastic hotel, breakfast, gym and spa. Everything was great condition. The room smelled amazing. All shower gels etc were great quality. The service was very friendly.

I stayed at the Swissotel for a business event. Everything went very well, the staff was extremely kind, the food was good, and the overall experience was great. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and surrounded by comfort and style. The room was spacious with a delightful view of Mount Cotopaxi! Everything was very clean and modern and staff very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the most extensive breakfast buffet we’ve ever seen. We would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Service was truly terrible. I attempted to get some assistance purchasing flowers and the concierge said they would have the flowers ready at my check out, but when the time came there were no flowers and no shops to get anything last minute from. The rooms were very loud and the doors in the hallways slam very loudly. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice hotel but the service was a tremendous let down

The hotel is beautiful with the great restaurants. The best are all employees, whom really care. They did assist me with all my requests. Thank you to all the team!
