Excellent restaurant, appreciated the hospitality and service from Pablo. Hotel is very comfortable and location is great.

Angel was our server for multiple meals on our stay. He is prompt, a great communicator and upholds high quality service. The food was amazing and we loved our experience at the Spicy Restaurant.

We stayed here for 9 nights in April. The hotel is clean, tidy and the staff we found to be very helpful. Our luggage was left in Madrid when we arrived in Quito and the reception team helped us with several requests we made when dealing with the airline and the situation. So thank you. Our room and bathroom was a decent size and was cleaned daily. Toiletries were also supplied. The only issue was the noise from Amazonas Av. at the front of the hotel. It can be noisy at night but we did sleep well enough, to be fair. There is also fresh water on each landing for guests. The Spa at the top of the hotel is an added treat. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool, showers, it’s a real plus. The adjoining Spicy restaurant served good food at decent enough prices for a hotel and the menu and service was good. The best thing we can add is that we would stay here again.

Be aware that this hotel has apparently been undergoing renovation and some of the rooms are in disrepair or haven't been done yet. We were assigned one of these rooms and it was totally unacceptable. We were in room 112 and it was tiny, in disrepair and outdated. Other people in our group that booked the same level room had suite like accommodations for the same price we paid. Finaly, after 2 days of complaints, we were offered a different room. My question to the hotel, Why didn't you do this the first day we were there? We were TOTALLY displeased with our stay because of this and would advise against staying here.
