Si bien la atención del personal es buena y oportuna, al parecer algunas de las habitaciones del hotel necesitan una adecuación profunda. La ropa de cama y toallas tienen una antigüedad importante y deben ser renovadas. Las cerraduras de las puertas también necesitan un cambio por tema de seguridad. Se nos alquiló una habitación doble pero la cama era muy pequeña con almohadas duras. El desayuno triste. El costo de una noche con desayuno alrededor de $70, definitivamente no justifica.

Personal es bueno, limpio, pero hotel es sencillo, hay que usar escaleras (no hay acensores) y desayuno es sencillo y pequeno.

We were in town for the holidays and visiting family nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was always friendly and addressed any concerns we had immediately. The room was spacious and beds comfy. I slept well. I regret that we didn't get to try any of the spa services. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and above and beyond what I expected: croissant, eggs, fresh fruit, with juice and coffee.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The shower was hot. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was okay. Staff were helpful in organising airport shuttle ($25).

La habitación que me asignaron era oscura con ventanas que no se abren y que dan a una parte cerrada del hotel. No entra luz ni aire fresco. La atención del personal fue buena, salvó la mala disposición de quién me asignó una habitación tan mala. Al llegar no me di cuenta por qué ya era noche.

Es un hotel pequeño, con una atención muy cordial. Solo dispone de restaurante para desayuno. Las habitaciones tienen lo elemental. Para viajeros que van por trabajo y pasan poco en las habitaciones. La ubicación le da una gran ventaja.
