在網上定得房，訂單上寫明瞭2個成人1個小童，也寫明瞭5歲以下小童免費，到了就讓我們交40美金，説是小童要交費（我們定的房間是42美金一間的），我給她看了預訂單溝通了好久才同意我們不用額外交費，宰客店家。

I had a bad experience, specially after I got messages from the hotel telling me that I experienced what I did because I booked it the way I did and because of me booking online I was not able to see the proper information of what I was looking for. I found a lot of dirt under the toilet and shower. I also had a leak on top of the sink that almost ruined my personal cleaning items.

Saubere Zimmer. Großer Frühstücksraum, keine Bar, kein Restaurant. Im Touristenviertel Mariscal Sucre gelegen, weit entfernt von der wunderschönen Altstadt. Viele Taxis kennen weder das Hotel, noch die Straße. In der Umgebung gibt es nichts zu sehen, aber viele gute Restaurants.

Es wurde als 4-Sterne-Hotel angepriesen. Ist nach deutschen Verhältnissen nur 2-Sterne-Hotel!
Nach 30 Jahren nicht mehr ganz neu !
Personal sehr freundlich! Frühstück für 10 Dollar einfach ohne viel Auswahl! Fensterfront im Frühstücksraum wurde seit 1 Jahr nicht mehr gereinigt! Teppichläufer in der Etage fleckig und schmutzig! Teilweise Löcher im Vorhang und Store!
