The service is fantastic. I felt very safe. The room however was tiny. It is a bedroom with a small bathroom. I believe they may have a larger rooms available. Our room was clean and the bathroom had hot water. I was also provided with a heater and an iron, which I greatly appreciated. I wish they had hooks in the bathroom and space for toiletries. The area it is located at doesn’t have a view of anything. It looks a bit sketch, but I always felt safe.

De passage nous avons choisi cet hôtel situé dans une zone assez calme. Personnel serviable. Chambres propres. Le soir, petite confiserie au chocolat. Petit déjeuner type buffet, y arriver tôt. Terrasse agréable avec banquettes et coussins ou chaise suspendue

The best service I might have ever received in my life. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and make you feel comfortable. The staff is amazing and I appreciate them so much. The breakfast is the morning was very good and nice to have when you have a long day ahead of you. The hot water bottle and dessert at night was great!

We stayed at Hotel Baquedano while in Quito. The service was NEXT level. Jonathon and Ane coordinated dinner reservations, arranged for a car to take part of the group to a market, and provided us with an unbelievable breakfast. The service was above and beyond. The rooms are comfortable with comfy beds and black out curtains. The terrace is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a night cap. May nights as we sat on the terrace, Ane or Jonathon would bring us warm waterbottles and dessert. It was amazing. I look forward to visiting Quito again and staying at Casa Hotel Baquedano. 10/10 would recommend

Muy buena atención, super amables muy buen servicio, el desayuno variado, la relación calidad / precio es buena, cercano a muchos sitios, limpieza en las habitaciones, nos ofrecieron unos postresitos de cortesía a la habitación y una bolsita de agua caliente para el frío.....regresaría

We are currently on the first leg of our trip to Ecuador and picked this hotel. We are so glad we stayed here. It has exceeded our expectations. She has helped us with multiple facets of our trip- arranging tours and transportation, arranging our Covid tests here at the hotel. Ana is an absolute angel! We are coming back again before we depart and I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. By the way, her English is good if the traveler doesn’t speak Spanish. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Thank you, Ana.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff are some of the friendliest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They go out of their way to help you. They also organised a day tour for me with a private guide for a really good price. The hotel is very clean and a good price. The breakfast is great too. Would stay again for sure.
