替朋友預訂的房間，在入住當日，店家告知原來預訂房型無房，衹能住普通房退差價，店家態度誠懇，值得肯定。但朋友入住後反饋，酒店房間衞生較差，隔音效果較差，且前台入住登記訊息與房間不符，導致進入房間看到其他人員入住，十分無語！希望酒店進一步改善上述不足之處。
