服務真的不錯，一家六口出行，提供了免費接送服務，是帥氣店長親自接，還給推薦了當地景點，前台服務也很好，很有禮貌，附近出行也很方便，環境乾淨衞生，還是機器人送餐，小朋友很喜歡，下次有機會再去衢州還會想住在你們酒店。
唯一一個小瑕疵，就是定的另一個雙床房的電話壞了，希望能儘早修復

房子太新了 二樓中間蓋了餐廳頂，二樓開窗了，裝修味道也散不出去。
雖然房子新但是隔音效果不行，隔壁的電話響了都能聽見，十一點還能聽見男的問女的“還要不要”真無語。
本來是定的大床房，因為在二樓味道太大了，要換三樓高級大床房，前台説要按門市價補差價六十多。但是攜程上就差了5塊錢。不能按攜程上的補，讓我們自己先去攜程取消原訂單重新訂。
後來還是邊上的店長髮話，免費升級，才省的一頓操作。
上樓要刷房卡，安全。
