We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!"

"The room was spacious and I liked the decor. It had two floors, was very clean, brightly lit, and had all the necessary toiletries. They even provided coffee, drinks, and bottled water. Everything else in the room was great, except for a slight smell of smoke, which might be a bit of a disappointment for ladies. The landlady was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The place was also very close to tourist attractions, making it convenient to get around. The restaurant near the entrance, Jiaweilou, had delicious food, and there was a group-buying discount."

"Hotel deco is pretty zen & Confucius. Room is big and clean. Located at a quiet corner behind Fushan Garden. Cross over this garden @800m is the Southern Kong Ancestral, Museum & Academy. Thereafter to thinks street is just walking distance. Decent breakfast. Staff Auntie Wong is very nice, she hoffers to monitor my laundry and send them to the reception once it's done! However the daily housekeeping needs some improvement. As the floor and bathtub don't seem to be cleaned daily. If there's a microwave to help customers to warm up food will be great. Have feedback these to the mgmt, they seems to take it seriously. Hope there's improvement. Will recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy, I slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location is also excellent, with convenient transportation options and plenty of places to eat, drink, and have fun nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, highly recommend it!"

Quzhou Moon Falling Stars Homestay
"I didn’t book the Rixi Shanzhong, so I chose the Yueluo Fanxing which was not far away. It turned out that they had the same owner! The housekeeper Afu was super nice. We didn't drive, and the restaurant of the B&B hadn't opened yet (it opened during the summer vacation!), so the housekeeper took us to nearby restaurants and took the kids to Yaowang Mountain to play! He also took us to Rixi Mountain and treated us to coffee. On the last day, because we had to get up early to catch the high-speed train, he prepared breakfast for us (the rice dumplings even came with disposable gloves! Details!), and sent us to Quzhou Station early in the morning (a one-hour journey). Thank you very much. I booked a room deep in the woods, which was clean and tidy, very large, and two bedrooms suitable for family travel. There are also fruits and snacks in the room (walnuts are delicious 😋). The mountains are full of green. You can see the mountains when you open the curtains. There is a large public area with moonlight and stars. Children watch TV and play here. The books on the bookshelf are very tastefully selected (not the kind of "cultural books" that most B&Bs like to put). There are only two of us these two days, and we have booked the whole place! There is a small stream at the entrance of the B&B where you can play in the water, and there are camping benches next to it for rest (I strongly recommend that the boss park a ☕️ car here!)"

"Very satisfied. We randomly booked a local B&B. After looking around, we found the scenery here to be the most beautiful. The room faces Xianxia Lake, which is so beautiful. The boss's breakfast is also so good. It happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival and we had taro cakes and rice dumplings. The local eggs were also very fresh. I will bring my friends here again next time!"

"We chose this manor hotel for our trip to Quzhou with our 4-year-old. It was truly hassle-free! The white walls and tranquil rural setting were lovely, and the room was incredibly spacious. It came with children's toiletries and small slippers, showing great attention to detail. The rooftop outdoor pool had clean water, and the restaurant had an indoor kids' play area, making it easy to relax while the kids were entertained. Breakfast included Quzhou's specialty noodles. Parking was free. It’s a one-stop destination for family fun without having to rush around. A top choice for a family vacation."

"Here's why I gave it 1 star: there was no nightlight in the bathroom. I got up in the middle of the night and kicked my foot, causing a slight bleeding. When I went to the front desk to ask for a band-aid after checking out, one of the women there was rude. She said there was a light in the bathroom, and asked if I couldn't turn it on. I explained that if the light was on, the transparent glass wall would illuminate the room, affecting my sleep. She was very rude and repeatedly said, "What's wrong with turning on the light?" I told her that a front desk staff member like her would tarnish the hotel's reputation!"
