"My trip to Quzhou this time made me an absolute fan of this Atour Hotel! Stepping into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the natural wood and scholarly ambiance. The hot tea offered by the staff immediately chased away my travel fatigue, earning them full marks from the start. The room was immaculately clean with no strange odors. The Plant brand mattress and soft bedding were perfect for someone like me who's particular about beds, and with the excellent soundproofing, a good night's sleep was guaranteed. The orchid-scented toiletries in the bathroom were pleasant, the hot water was consistent, and you could feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. The location couldn't be better. It's a 15-minute walk to the high-speed train station, and Wanda Plaza is just a ten-minute walk away. There are also tons of Quzhou snack shops nearby, making it super convenient for finding food and shopping. For breakfast, you can enjoy local specialties like Quzhou拌粉 (mixed noodles) and Changshan Gongmian (tribute noodles). Plus, there's a free late-night congee service at 9:30 PM, which is both warming and comforting. What truly impressed me was the service. From proactively arranging a quiet room at check-in to the laundry staff helping to return my washed and dried clothes, it was exceptional."

For example, when our car arrived at the hotel entrance, two waiters greeted us. Once we got to the lobby, another staff member escorted us to our room. The Chinese restaurant staff, understanding we were in a hurry for a concert and couldn't accommodate a wedding reception, contacted the Western restaurant to open the buffet half an hour early. The buffet chef was also very helpful. When the room needed supplies, they delivered them promptly. The room layout was also very well-designed. Highly recommended."

The hotel's design is charming, with a breathtaking view at every step, perfect for photoshoots. 2️⃣The room was clean and comfortable, and even the balcony handrails were immaculately clean. Watching the birds circling the rooftop was refreshing. The bathtub was stocked with bath salts, and the welcome fruit was fresh. This is a hotel that truly cares about its customers. The front desk was polite and efficient, and check-in was quick. Our housekeeper, Susu, was very helpful and helpful, providing information about nearby attractions. Their sincerity was palpable. After two communications, they said they wanted compensation, but it has been more than 10 days now with no contact.
