113677******The hotel is nice, with separate wet and dry areas and a small balcony. The front desk gave us a free upgrade, and Cheng Cheng was very responsive.
The welcome fruit was freshly washed and very good; the coffee was low-sugar, very healthy. There were also plenty of souvenirs. I didn't have to go out and buy them myself, hahaha. They can even be shipped home, which is great.
It's very close to the airport, but it's very noisy. It started to be noisy from the moment I checked in yesterday afternoon. The air conditioner also kept turning itself on every few seconds, whirring for only a dozen seconds before stopping. This cycle repeated repeatedly.
Overall, the stay was good, except for the noise, but there's nothing I can do about it, hahaha.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and the room was very nice. I stayed with my children for two nights and it was not noisy at night. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Shuitingmen and the bus station. The breakfast was not bad and I took pictures. I also bought their coffee, which was delicious, including a thick milk latte. When you get tired of playing, there is a footbath club next door. If I have the opportunity to go to Quzhou, I will still choose your home. The service attitude is very good. Thank you for taking care of me this time.

AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, being situated close to the train station, which made commuting easy and accessible. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay.
The amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing positively to the experience.
Considering the quality of service and facilities, the pricing was very reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location and good environment and facilities. It is convenient to go out for sightseeing and tasting delicious food. Across the street are the internet-famous snack shops Yang Aizhen and Wang Agai, as well as the Longyou Steamed Cake Street. The service in particular deserves three praises. When I checked in at the hotel during the National Day holiday, there was no meal when I made the reservation, so I asked the front desk about the nearby breakfast shop. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced it and directly delivered four breakfasts, which deserves the first praise. After dinner in the evening, I took a walk around the Da Nanmen Historical and Cultural District and returned to the hotel. As I was tired from driving, I planned to rest early. However, the TV in the next room was quite loud, so I asked the hotel front desk to help convey my request to lower the volume or turn off the TV. Soon the TV volume turned down and then turned off after a while. There was no sound all night (I learned the next day that it was an elderly guest who was not sensitive to sound and it was unintentional. Thank you for his or her understanding). This is the second like. The next day, when we were about to leave the hotel after having dinner there, a gentleman manager prepared two whole pieces of homemade steamed cakes for us, to apologize and compensate for the TV noise issue last night. It was really flattering and this is the third thumbs up. We are very touched by the hotel's timely response to guests' needs and its sincere attitude of not being perfunctory or shirking responsibilities. We hope that the hotel will continue to maintain this kind of service and improve the sound insulation of the rooms as much as possible. I wish the hotel business is prosperous and good people are blessed!

GGuest UserOverall, this Atour Hotel is in the upper-middle tier. The breakfast was quite satisfying and memorable, and the rooms were fairly spacious. I checked in on a Monday night, and there were plenty of parking spaces. They also offer late-night congee. I stayed here after visiting Mount Sanqing, and then explored Quzhou the next day before heading back to Shanghai.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the hotel was strategically located, close to the scenic spot, and the front desk Xiao Xu service was good. I rushed to the plane early in the morning. I was not ready for breakfast. The aunt service was very warm. I cooked the noodles and hot milk separately. The attitude was also very good.

YYushangThe hotel is right next to the Ershibadu scenic area, and the landscape is picturesque. The hotel itself is like a garden, with spacious rooms, complete facilities, and a beautiful environment. The breakfast buffet was good. We stayed here temporarily during our photography trip in western Zhejiang, and they even upgraded our room. Thumbs up! 👍
