dont know how this hotel is starred 5 star. the room was spacious but aircon very weak, almost sweating all night. INTERNET (wifi) was not working most of the time, it would work for a minute and then not work for more than 1 hour. Breakfast was average, toaster barely working, bread re-supply was very poor.

This time, my friends and I chose to stay at the Oriental Wenlan Hotel during our trip to Jiangshan. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was meticulous and thorough. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were warm, polite, and responsive. The front desk staff were particularly gentle and thoughtful, even proactively recommending tour routes for Mount Jianglang and local specialty snacks, which was a great help and made our trip hassle-free.

I rarely write long reviews, but this experience truly deserves my heartfelt sharing. It wasn't just the hotel's top-notch facilities, but also the thoughtful details that deeply touched me. Upon check-in, the receptionist noticed I had a cough and not only offered her kind words, but also found a warm pot of honey water and a handwritten greeting card on the table when I returned to my room that evening. This small gesture made me feel as warm as if I were at home. The room had a fantastic view, a wide selection of drinks, and a pillow menu with various options—a godsend for someone like me who is a light sleeper.

Surrounding facilities: It is located next to the Minjuyuan Garden, not far from the Da Nanmen Scenic Area, and can be reached in less than 20 minutes on foot. There are also railway bridges, museums and other attractions on the way. I personally recommend going to the South Gate at night and visiting the Minjuyuan Garden in the morning. Service: The housekeeper will contact you in advance before check-in, and after check-in, the staff will accompany you to deliver your luggage to the room. When you go to the restaurant to dine, they will ask if the taste is suitable. When you meet in the hotel, they will greet you with a smile. The service can be said to be in place 👍. One point that deducted points was that I specifically asked the housekeeper to clean the room before leaving at 10 o'clock. When I returned to the room two and a half hours later, I found that it had not been cleaned yet. Afterwards, I asked the front desk and they replied that the rooms that had been checked out were cleaned first, so my room that was staying longer had not yet been cleaned. 😅 In general, the surrounding cities are highly recommended for weekend vacations.

The breakfast was plentiful, featuring local specialties such as Changshan Gongmian (noodles) and Peigao (a type of rice cake), all authentically delicious. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the ancient street, and parking is easy. Overall, the hotel is warm and comfortable, combining cultural charm with comfort, making it a top choice for a trip to Changshan.

Hotel facilities: The hotel is new, the environment is definitely good, the children's playground is relatively simple, the game console has to pay to play, a bit tasteless, the ocean ball and slide are relatively small, we are 8 years old, it is more inconvenient to play. There are not many breakfast options, stayed for two days, and the food is the same. The room was quite big. I originally booked a courtyard room, but later upgraded to a room type with bathtub and tatami mats and children's breakfast for free. Health condition: very clean, only the toilet flushing sound in the room is too loud, go to the toilet in the middle of the night, the flushing sound is afraid of waking up the child. Service: The service attitude is still very good, warm and whispering, it is worthy of praise. Surrounding: The location of the hotel is already in the suburbs, there is nothing to go around and play nearby, you have to drive out, about 15 kilometers away from Longyou Grottoes and Zhulin Temple.

I went to Quzhou for a self-driving tour during the Chinese New Year. I wanted to go to a place with fewer people, so I chose the best hotel in Jiangshan. The hotel is in the city center and the surrounding area is quite lively. The environment and facilities are quite satisfactory, just an ordinary five-star hotel. But the service is very average. At eight o'clock in the morning, the waiter came to clean up immediately after the neighbor checked out. The noise was very loud and woke me up immediately. The room I booked included a ticket to the ancient town. When I arrived at the door, I found that the hotel had made a mistake in the date. I had to go back again, but there was no apology. The price for the Chinese New Year is about 900 yuan, and the service really needs to be improved.
