樓下就是KTV，很吵
打電話諮詢前台説延時退房可以延時到五點，但是不説要扣一百按金，離店時提出質疑還反問我哪個酒店可以免費延時到五點😅攜程後台都有錄音的還拒不承認，就這服務態度還是儘早整改吧
最後在攜程客服的幫助下收到了賠償，但是前台依舊不承認自己未描述清楚延時退房如何收費的事實，也不知道有錄音還在嘴硬什麼
對這種收費情況不清不楚的酒店大家還是避雷吧，真不缺這一百但是也真影響心情👎🏻
