五一期間來的，因為高速堵車導致我們到酒店已經差不多凌晨四點左右，車停車場無法識別車輛，然後打電話聯繫，對方一開始還怪我們為什麼這麼晚來？説不給協調，實在是太累了，由於節假日我們一行人開了七八個小時才到酒店，結果車子進不去，然後最後好説歹説，我們是住酒店的，他才同意遠程抬桿。
因為凌晨才到酒店，所以我們早上一直在睡覺，整個酒店的隔音很差，玻璃隔音效果挺差的，車子按喇叭什麼的賊明顯。中午12.30左右，前台還打電話問我們續不續住，我説不續住，他問我那你們房卡呢？那我就挺無語的，因為我第一次遇到住酒店還沒到退房時間來問我房卡在哪裡，房卡不就在我手上嗎，我有延遲退房可以到下午兩點。就挺無語的，雖然他們也解釋不是趕我走，但是讓人挺失望的。我之前來過一次這個酒店，沒這麼無語，那時候是來看薛之謙演唱會住的套房，感覺沒這麼多事🥲
