酒店設施、服務、環境都是非常好的，但是隔音奇差無比，10點鐘隔壁房間的對話聽的一清二楚不説，還有另一邊吵鬧尖叫到凌晨2點的情侶，我是帶着孩子入住的，隔壁每次嬉戲尖叫小孩都會被嚇醒，我幾乎一整晚都沒睡…真的挺離譜的，除了隔音這一點其他都很好，還提供嬰兒床，都挺滿意的。

整體還不錯服務一般，比較新江景也不錯安靜。但是，本人是假期出行飛機延誤搞到下午三點多才到酒店，在非常累的情況下前台説房間要稍等沒有任何解釋，再問才説假期爆房上一個客人延遲退房導致的，沒有任何道歉，態度不屑？我請問呢您是來工作還是體驗生活，連鎖酒店的前台服務都比這態度好，還是看在悦榕莊旗下的才選擇，麻煩提高一下素質吧OK？提前訂了歡迎水果也沒有給，後面我自己取消了。
還有房間隔音太差了建議自帶耳塞不然晚上就聽到各種奇怪的聲音。
剩下的服務分是給餐廳和客房，特別是餐廳服務員見面就會微笑打招呼，客房衞生也搞得不錯👍
總體而言，不提升的話真對不起悦榕莊的招牌。

酒店還算新，設施都還可以，位置也很方便，停車位很多。周邊環境很不錯，看得見園望得見江，離幾處景點都是十幾分鍾車程。
不足是隔音太差了，本來應該是很安靜的地方，但是不知道什麼設備，在凌晨56點鐘開始啟動，嗡嗡的低頻音，難受。再有就是和隔壁的隔音，基本沒做，我能清晰的聽到隔壁説笑着進門關門，洗澡吹頭髮，就跟在我房間裏一樣，好在後麪沒什麼奇怪的聲音，要不真的很尷尬。
