Went for a Valentine's treat and it was perfect. Loved everything from the check in all trough to the bathtub in the room.

There is some issues with their shower which makes uncomfortable. As a luxury hotel brand, I don't think these mistakes could be accepted. By the other hand, staff Alisa do quickly help me to solve these issues and provide me a new room. Thanks a lot to Alisa.

On 4-29-5-7, my husband and I flew from Beijing to Quzhou. We booked the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel in advance! When we took a taxi and arrived at the hotel, the doorman helped us take the luggage and briefly introduced the places and communities around the hotel... It was very warm! The lobby of this Hilton in Quzhou is very grand. The receptionist, Ms. Liang Jiaxiang, considered that I would stay for 7 days and wanted to ensure a quiet environment for my husband. She helped me carefully select a room that I liked! I was deeply moved! Thank you for her care and sincerity! In addition, the two small desserts given upon check-in were particularly delicious 😋😍😜 Thank you very much for a new day, a new place, and a new experience... The "Jiangnan Famous Stove" opposite the hotel is also good, which can meet the needs of lunch and dinner! I stayed at the Hilton in Yancheng some time ago, and stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree today. In the future, I can apply to become a member. I will choose Hilton when I go out in the future! Food, swimming, and fitness are integrated! Good hotel, high quality, happy! Comfortable! Like myself! The only drawback is that the upgraded 11th floor of the hotel's executive floor actually has no desk lamps, coffee cups, and 🍴equipment for guests to eat on their own. Also, our flight back to Beijing yesterday was around 5pm. I also mentioned that I am a Ctrip Diamond Card and I have four extension coupons, but I was still rejected without any empathy! I understand the hotel's regulations very well, but I hope that it will be flexible and increased to 2:30pm according to different people? As a result, my 70-year-old man sat in the lobby for more than an hour yesterday, which was very unpleasant! But, anyway, I still want to give a thumbs up to this hotel. During the May Day holiday, there were huge crowds of people for breakfast. The hotel staff were dedicated to their duties, especially the two older gentlemen who were managers or supervisors and were very busy. The two cleaners with short hair and ponytails on the 11th floor were also very professional and enthusiastic. I would like to thank them all here!

The hotel is very good, quiet, and convenient for parking. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know how it went. I bought a lot of carbs in Youbu Ancient Town. I chose this hotel mainly because it has a swimming pool. The hours are 6.30-22.00. The front desk is very nice, especially Xiaolan.

When I checked in, Xiao Deng and her friends warmly welcomed me. They gave the kids chocolate biscuits and adjusted the room type according to their needs. The service staff was friendly and the hotel environment was clean. There were many varieties of breakfast. I happened to see a supervisor teaching his apprentices every detail of the production. It was very standardized and rigorous. It was a very happy stay experience and I will stay again.

I didn't bring a swimming cap and didn't swim, what a pity. The room hygiene needs to be improved. The air conditioning is powerful, the mattress is relatively soft, and it's a bit hot to sleep. There is a small balcony outside the room for fresh air. The breakfast is also OK. The softness of the towels is indeed slightly inferior to Marriott.

This hotel is of good quality and in a great location. It is probably the best in the area. The room is spacious and clean. We upgraded to a higher floor. I am satisfied with everything. The underground parking lot is spacious and the beef noodles for breakfast are very good.

With such a good location and such a big hotel, I really suspect that the hotel leaders took kickbacks from the decoration company, otherwise how could such decoration be accepted. You can see the photos. You need to hold the charging socket with your hands. As for the service, breakfast was from 7 to 10:30. At 10 o'clock, the waiter had already started to prepare to collect it. No one reminded me to take it as soon as possible if I needed it. I went to grab some simple food by myself. In summary, the hotel is big and the location is good, but the details are really bad.

Came to Quzhou to watch a concert and stayed in this hotel. The overall feeling was great. We were given cookies when we checked in, which were delicious. The small balcony in the room was very nice, but the central air conditioning in the hotel was too hot. It was still hot even when it was turned off. The hotel is very convenient to the surrounding attractions and concert venues, which is good.
