It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains, we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality

J'ai passé une semaine dans la résidence. L'appartement situait au 4e étage, avec balcon, hyper propre et confortable ! Le personnel a un vrai sens du service client, ils sont accueillants, souriants, efficaces, rien à redire !! La femme de ménage passe tous les jours, il suffit de demander à l'accueil.
