"Good location"
Damei Chinese Homestay
"Overall, it was a really nice stay. The owner and staff were super kind and friendly. The breakfast was really delicious. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it!"
Dar lalla Malika
"Experience Moroccan life in a guesthouse with local character."
Le Pietri Urban Hotel
"The hotel is not very new and accordingly the furniture and other things are of the same level. The mattress was quite hard for us. Our room was on the 5th floor facing the street. No noise was heard, even from the musical events that take place on weekends. The balcony is very large with a sun lounger. Breakfasts are quite sufficient, omelette to order. I would especially like to note the olives that are served with the omelette, very tasty! The coffee is excellent!"
La Tour Hassan Palace
"The restaurant served good food with high quality service. The waiter recommended me the tea which was thoughtfully written on a paper for me. The environment of the restaurant was excellent."
Hotel le Musée
"Good location, friendly service, clean everywhere, very clean room, fresh renovation in the room."
Ibis Rabat Agdal
"The hotel is located next to the Rabat Agdal Station so, it’s automatically a great place in terms of commuting. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. . If I am in Rabat again, I would definitely stay here!!"
AZ Hotel des Arts
"Nice location. Many restaurant and near tram. However room got many flies."

RIHAB HOTEL RABAT
"Let’s have a honest review. Check-in : Delayed to a great extent. No welcome, greetings. Only the keys were handed out. Nothing explained, not even the direction to the elevators. Neither the breakfast timings nor the floor. Room : Extremely small, hardly any room to move, not what you see in the pictures (photo attached). Completely non functional AC. In fact, the room was hotter than outside. We had to open the narrow slit-like window to-let the outside cold come in. However low you put it, it’s not going below 25 deg C, that’s because the compressor isn’t on (saving electricity for the hotel) only the fan is spinning. Pillows as high as the Himalayas. Bed uncomfortable. Wifi very very slow. The refrigerator doesn’t cool (not replaced inspite of complaints). No amenities like a swimming pool, gym, designated parking (which are compulsory for a 4-star). Bathroom: The hand shower for the commode doesn’t work. No light above the mirror, difficult to shave or put on makeup (by my spouse). Warm water alternating with cold water bursts from the shower. Breakfast : Plenty of types of bread, but there aren’t any fruits, no hot items, no vegetables, only Beef sausages. Oh and a bland tasteless rice soup. Possibly they don’t know what items are to be kept on the breakfast table for a 4-star. If it had been designated as a 2-star, I wouldn’t have had any complaints, but charging the rates of a 4-star, is simply what you call is ‘cheating your customers.’ Overall : Absolutely not recommended. The facilities that were offered suites a roadside motel."
Conrad Rabat Arzana
"Extremely horrible hotel, staff are so rude and unprofessional and all love money it’s disgusting, they don’t give you change when you order food and when you question they say it’s a tip."
Riad Dar Rabiaa
"We loved the white and sage color of the Riad it is beautiful. The hosts are super friendly. Would love to stay again."
Riad Dar Dar
"This Riad was excellent. Omar is a credit to the hotel and gets a 10/10! The Riad itself was very cute with rooms running around an open air courtyard. The rooms were very nice and had excellent air con which was very well received after a long day walking in the Medina. Breakfast was served daily with a selection of pastries, yoghurt, fruit and eggs to order. There is a lovely rooftop with day lounges to sit and read and also a little pool. The only downside is that it can be very noisy in the morning with visitors having breakfast and talking very loudly, but this is not the hotels fault. IF you are wanting quiet though it might not be the place for you. It is nestled in the Old Medina which is a magical experience for any traveller to wander around the alleyways."
STORY Le Carrousel Rabat
"We stayed at Story Le Carousel Rabat as a family with two children in an Executive Suite on a half-board package. Overall, I’d rate it 4/5 because the hotel itself is beautiful and has real 5 rating potential, but the communication and organisation were disappointing throughout our stay. I do appreciate that the hotel is still very new, but staff training is clearly an issue. The room was lovely — modern, spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was also fantastic and often wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, from arrival onwards there were repeated issues. Despite showing booking confirmations, the hotel initially could not find our reservation and we waited around an hour to check in. There was also constant confusion regarding our half-board package, with staff repeatedly giving different information about which restaurants we could use and what was included. We were told there was a children’s menu in the Spanish restaurant, but there wasn’t, and it was not particularly family friendly. Even at checkout, the bill incorrectly included all food charges despite us being half-board. Another disappointing moment was being called at almost 11:30pm regarding a signed bar bill issue, which woke the whole family when it could easily have been dealt with the next morning. The biggest issue overall was communication. Staff were polite and trying to help, but many seemed unsure of procedures and we often had to ask multiple times for clear answers. We were actually going to rate the hotel 3/5, but on our final day a member of the reception team handled the situation professionally, corrected the billing issues and arranged a complimentary airport transfer as a goodwill gesture. That genuinely improved our overall impression and is the reason we increased our rating by one. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, but the service and communication need improvement to truly match the luxury setting."
Dawliz Rabat Art & Spa
"The carpet in the first-floor hallway hasn't been cleaned for a long time and has a cat and dog smell."
Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr
"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Four Seasons in Rabat. Location near the sea was luxurious and the hotel was in walking distance, for us anyway, to the medina. We peppered Mustapha with endless questions and requests and he certainly rose to the occasion! Thank you for making our stay special."
STORY Rabat
"Gorgeous hotel with modern decor, beautifully designed. Rooms were large with sufficient outlets, lighting, etc. Breakfast was a highlight! Plenty of great choices on the menu. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We highly recommend!!"
Riad Louane
"This is a long but honest cautionary review to any tourists who want to avoid unprofessional establishments and shady dealings while traveling. Yes the pictures are nice, yes it’s clean, yes on the surface every seems on the level… However, the place is poorly managed by a Moroccan woman who hires people based on their relationship to her boyfriend. In particular a young woman who can’t speak anything but the native dialect and doesn’t have the common sense to call her manager when she doesn’t understand what a guest is saying. Why does this matter ? Because it cost me $1,500 worth of my injectable medications that I was traveling with at the time I booked this Riad. I had them in an insulated travel bag and asked if it was possible to store it in their refrigerator overnight during my stay -due to there being no refrigerator in the rooms. This, I’d done at several other hotels during my time in Morocco with no problem. I ASKED and said “if it’s not possible, I’ll just keep the medicine with me”. The employee, gave no indication of not having understood well nor did she confirm what I’d asked. I specified it was NOT to be put in the freezer, only in the refrigerator. Again, she simply nodded her head and took the bag. I repeated, “The refrigerator please, not the freezer or it will be ruined” … smiled and nodded her head and I assumed communication was clear. Well I later learned-from the night manager that she spoke neither French, English, or classic Arabic and she was the sister of the hotel director’s boyfriend. Why does this matter? Because the next morning- I discovered that my medication had been placed in the freezer NOT the refrigerator and had been ruined!! Because when I demanded to be reimbursed the cost, the director of the Riad chain refused to do that. Because this person isn’t capable nor qualified to deal with paying customers in this capacity of receptionist nor is the director capable of assuming responsibility for her errors in judgment and dealing ethically with problems that were precipitated by her bad judgment as management leadership. In addition to this incident, the copy of my passport was left out on the front desk for anyone to have access to, the money (hotel tax) I’d paid her upon arrival had not been noted or placed with the other money and the next morning- I was asked to pay again. 🙄 was it an honest mistake- possibly but who knows for sure? Is this any of this really important? Yes as it undermines your confidence and financial security in a business where you’re staying with your valuables and is the potential for possible identity theft if your passport info is left out for the public. I’m writing this review to inform the public of the irresponsible business practices and shady dealings here. Incidentally, they never reimbursed me. They then had two employees each call me on my personal phone number to beg me to retract my Google review (go read it) as the director had threatened to fi"
Riad Zyo
"Myself and my husband stayed here in August and it is an absolute Gem. We could not fault the Riad at all.. Our room was a great size and the bathroom was a great size with 2 tiolets. Medhi was an excellent host and gave us fantastic recommendations for food. The rooftop Terrace was excellent and was really nice to sit out on having a glass of wine after spending the day sight seeing. The breakfast was also amazing and so delish. We didnt eat any main meals here. Pictures don't do the Riad justice. It is also really centrally located, close to the Casbah, the promenade and the markets. Everything is very much walkable from it or you can get a tuk tuk nearby also."
Euphoriad
"Beautiful hotel with wonderful terrace however, the place lacks soul. The restaurant is functional and a little cramped. The breakfast is ok . We ate in the evening and that had no ambiance and it was expensive and portions were small. We had the Hammam and they weren’t really set up to do this as there were a lot of delays and massage was in a bedroom downstairs .Rooms are comfortable and staff are helpful and friendly"
The White Palace Rabat
"My first time to stay here and I’ll be back here again. Mainly due to the team members that made me feel right at home. Genuine Moroccan hospitality. Special thank you to Monsef that was always in the right place at the right time, not only for me but other guests too."
Dar Lalzohra
"Great hotel!"
Smarts Hotel Agdal Rabat
"We booked the suite (60m²) on ***********, we received a mormal room and questioned. We have been shown the original room we booked which was unacceptable. Smelly, dirty stains in carpet, just worn down over the years, nevertheless we paid full price as this " is suite-class" judge yourself.... Just a rip-off"
StayHere Rabat - Agdal Quiet Living
"Good good"
Hôtel Texuda
"It’s a good location. Super near the kasbah area. No complainants."
