Spa hotels in Rabat

While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

The room is limited by the building area, and some passages are narrow. There are few varieties of breakfast fruits, so it is recommended to eat early. There is no water barrier or curtain in the shower room, which is inconvenient. The basement gym is limited in height and small in area.

Compared to the Conrad, this place is a huge step down. It's not even in the same league as a Four Seasons. Good for a staycation though.

He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. All staff are very helpful and ready to help when ever you need them. Upon our return our flight was late eveining so they where very accommodating and gave us 2 hours extra before check out.

Beautiful Ryad. Very well localised . Very friendly staff. Very attentive with my breakfast times even when I had to leave incredibly early , they made sure to go the extra mile and prepare a nice breakfast before my departure . If ever again in Rabat will surely book it again .

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend

Not bad, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the room is clean and comfortable, except that there were Shanghai aunties from the Chinese tour group who made loud noises for a long time in the hotel lobby area that day, which made people feel like returning home inexplicably😂😂

Overall it's average. I chose this hotel based on the pictures, but the hygiene and service are average. I won't stay there next time. The breakfast is also average. The overall feeling is not very good

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
