While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. Overall the hotel is great , however , its in isolated location and you will need 20 to 30 mins drive to reach to any destination.

All staff are very helpful and ready to help when ever you need them. Upon our return our flight was late eveining so they where very accommodating and gave us 2 hours extra before check out.

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend

Overall it's average. I chose this hotel based on the pictures, but the hygiene and service are average. I won't stay there next time. The breakfast is also average. The overall feeling is not very good

The room is 32 square meters, 2 beds need to increase the price, health is general, the bathroom towels are old, it is best to bring your own disposable compressed towels, bath towels, hot water bottles, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste and brushing cups, breakfast environment is good, milk eggs are available, hot rice porridge can be full.

The location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

Very sympathetic home The hotel is clean and clean. The price quality ratio is good. I'll be back without any problem.
