"Pretty tired hotel in a god location, took ages to check in, almost thirty minutes and there was a long queue behind me and just two people on the desk. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you arrive at a city and just have the evening, half an hour is a long time. I jumped straight in the shower before heading out - no towels! In a 5 star hotel. I had to use the duvet cover off one of the beds to dry off. Told reception and the towels were there when I got back from town. Generally the room is shabby, shower curtain attached by just a few rings, cracked tiles etc. Breakfast was ok but again, a coffee machine in a 5 star? Someone constantly dragging chairs around somewhere for maybe an hour, no exaggeration, like they were dragging one after another about 10 meters each time. Great view from the 5th floor pool and terrace. Would never stay again."

"It was our first experience of residence in Riad, and I was vainly experiencing what would be cold, uncomfortable and unusual. On the contrary, here turned out to be surprisingly comfortable and truly atmospheric!
The room had everything needed (even local body cosmetics) and the air conditioner was perfectly heated at night and slept very comfortable. We were met with tea and coffee, and breakfast was particularly pleasant the beginning of the next day.
The car was left on an indoor parking space only in 5 minutes walking very convenient.
The location is just perfect: a quiet green street, and at the same time right in the middle where there is literally everything better not to think.

- Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa.
- The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb.
- Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach."

"Excellent choice. Great location – close to the train station and major attractions. Absolutely spotless, with high-quality cleaning and all sanitary standards met. While the breakfast selection is limited, everything is delicious, especially the pies. The coffee is from a machine, not instant. The staff are responsive and friendly. "Pros: Great location. Walking distance to attractions. Spacious apartment. Washing machine! Choice of pillows, softer or firmer. Luggage can be left for free. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The refrigerator is huge. Light-blocking blinds are available. Water is available in a water dispenser on the ground floor. The air conditioners worked fine. There's even a clothes dryer.
Cons: The front desk is unscheduled. We waited an hour to drop off our suitcases.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-out is at 2:00 PM in all hotels, and 12:00 PM is typical. I'd like to see them review this. There's no table cloth or dish sponge. The shower head leaks. The dishes need to be updated. One glass. One teaspoon. Any chips need to be removed. The stains on the sofa need to be cleaned, and other people's hair should be removed. A cotton rug should be placed on the floor. There are so many stains on the floor, even though we walked on them and my socks were clean. And the synthetic bedding is absolutely no good; if I'd known, I wouldn't have ordered it. I scratched myself all night. This is the most expensive room."

"Attending a conference in Rabat, I serendipitously stumbled upon this accommodation right in the city center, which turned out to be the most fortunate discovery of my entire trip.
The location is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making taxis incredibly easy to hail. The surrounding area is bustling with cafes, supermarkets, and Chinese restaurants – there's even a hair salon! (A handsome Moroccan stylist named Tony offers a wash and blow-dry for just around 35 RMB. The hair wash is incredibly relaxing, complete with a massage, and the styling is top-notch. Honestly, what more could you ask for? I was tempted to go every single day!)
Our hostess was exceptionally kind and an absolutely amazing cook. She even surprised me with a 'hidden' menu item: Mango Sago (Yang Zhi Gan Lu)! 🥹 It truly felt like a priceless, authentic experience that money simply can't buy, especially when you're far from home."

DDenis VRNew, clean hotel with a great location and friendly staff. Excellent view from the windows of the rooms on the park and the square, at night it is quite quiet and you can have a great rest after traveling. In the morning they provide a good breakfast with fresh juice, pastries, coffee and of course Moroccan tea with mint. If necessary, you can safely park a car or motorcycle next to the hotel. One of the best hotels in Rabat in terms of price / quality. You will feel at home there. For those who like to travel on foot, I think this is an ideal place, since you go straight to a beautiful street and walk along it to many important sights of the city, or easily call a taxi, it in Rabat (and in general in Morocco) costs almost as much as public transport, only more convenient. Also in the hotel and within walking distance from the hotel there are cafes and restaurants for every taste.

It feels like a lot of thought had been spent on the things that will help any guest make their stay perfect, including the little details. Great value for money. If I will arrive in Rabat again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThese are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.

Ww-sailThe location is good. It's an easy walk from the train station. There's a gas station and a Grand Taxi stand nearby, but the room was quiet. Breakfast is typical for Morocco, but there's a buffet of sorts. There's only one power outlet in the room. The bed is comfortable.

GGuest UserI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
