A five stars hotel and centrally located does not live up to its expectations. Nothing works at first attempt, requests to staff need to be repeated several times (e.g. ordering breakfast, to unlock the door to leave the hotel before 9am in the morning) . The bathroom smells like sewer which also affects the experience of the room. The hotel requires to pay the full amount at check in but hen takes more than a day to issue the invoice. It’s just not a tightly run ship.

Super emplacement,aussi vue fantastique le service est "bon" ,mais juste une petite remarque que la maison d'hôtes a besoin des filles d'accueil pour accueillir les clients vers les tables et aussi donner tout les informations par rapport côté café et restaurant

Vraiment rien avoir côté prix qualité, ya pas de vie dans cet endroit, c mort, pas de cuisine sauf le p'tit dej, loin de tt, vue pas terrible. Ça mérite même pas le quart de son prix. Même pas. Vraiment déçue mais très.

Ma famille et moi avons eu le plaisir de séjourner pendant une semaine dans ce fabuleux palace, un séjour inoubliable ! Nous le recommandons mille fois ! Le cadre est très luxueux, le service au petit soin, la vue magnifique, les mots ne suffisent pas !

Je ne met pas souvent d'avis sur les établissements que je visite. Mais là, ça en valait vraiment la peine. Nous avons passé un séjour de 7 jours avec ma femme est mes enfants, et ce dernier était exceptionnel. La qualité du service est hors norme, un personnel à l'écoute et surtout un cadre de qualité tout aussi apaisant qu'époustouflant. Les enfants étaient impressionnés par l'architecture inédite de la maison et ont hâte d'y revenir. Je tiens à remercier personnellement les propriétaires avec qui ma femme et moins avions eu l'occasion d'échanger, adorable et très professionnels. En espérants pouvoir revenir au plus vite revisiter ce lieu magique. Hicham.

The hotel from the outside is really beautiful, an big house with a beautiful garden and a big swimming pool,the style interior are a mix between old French style and modern. On the other hand, the organization of the hotel needs to be improved, at our arrive in Rabat the taxi didn’t know where this place was and we tried to called the hotel few times without any response. After more than 30 min in the late afternoon we finally made it to the hotel and upsetting find out they mistake our reservation so the room wasn’t ready for other 45 min. Breakfast was supposed to to start at 9am but we didn’t received anything for almost an hour. The staff is nice but the communication need to be improved.

Fantastic staff and hotel . the room was nice with beautiful view. It was my first time in the Rabat and i made a best choice to come this quiet place. the breakfast, the swimming pool were great. I'll come back again ! thank u
