The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

Très bonne expérience pour un rapide sejour de repos à Rabat, notamment grâce aux petits soins de Mustapha du service outdoor et aux praticiennes du spa, Fatima et Ijlel, que nous recommandons très fortement, que ce soit pour un hammam ou des massages.

From the welcome at the street where they kindly helped with paying our airport taxi to all the help and advice during our stay. The hotel is an oasis away from the bustle of the street traffic. Great local recommendations on food and attractions. The meals at the hotel whilst not the cheapest were very generous portions. Would return when next in Rabat. A special thank you to the friendly and professional staff who helped when my wife's glasses broke, they had them fixed before we had to leave that afternoon. Many thanks.

Je suis arrivée en début d’après midi dans les jardins magnifiques de l’hôtel tour Hassan j’ai commandé un thé le serveur m a conseillé gentiment un thé à la verveine ma déception a été immense j’étais choquée par la présentation du petit plateau à thé sale ils n’ont même pas pris la peine de passer un chiffon mouillé sur les traces de thé renversé qui dataient. Ils offrent généreusement des petits biscuits pour accompagner le thé mais sans petites serviettes en papier ou en tissu pour nous essuyer les doigts. Je suis très déçue car j’adore cet hôtel qui est un havre de paix. Le point positif ce sont les excuses et le grand sourire et l amabilité du serveur Mr Moustapha qui a tout fait pour corriger la situation et alléger ma déception.
