The overall feeling of the hotel is good, the lobby is full of style, antique and charming. The room hardware is a bit old. The sound insulation effect is average. Breakfast was average.

The location is good, only a few hundred meters away from the famous Hassan Tower. The sanitation is average, the facilities are relatively old, the door of the bathroom cannot be closed, the breakfast variety is rich, and the parking is free.

This is the worst hotel room I have stayed in. For a supposedly four star hotel, it is an embarrassment. It is filthy, the floor is lifting, the ceiling is cracked and falling down in the bathroom. I asked to move to a different room and was told there were no other rooms available. Worst customer service ever.

Hôtel très proche et central, avec une magnifique vue sur la tour Hassan et Marina. Personnel très accueillant et serviable, avec le sourire. Je remercie l'équipe de la réception et la dame du service clientèle nissrine. Rooftop au 5ème étage est top.

Un emplacement non loin des lieux de visites touristiques avec un parking, un arrêt de tram et une piscine en rooftop. La literie est confortable. Personnel est au petit soin et très serviable surtout à la réception ,les deux oumaimas et Mohamed. Et un mention spéciale à nissrine pour l’accueil et son professionnalisme.

Un vrai taudis saleté partout, les moustiques envahissent la chambre odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain pas de chaine de télévision il n est même pas digne d un trois étoiles. J aurais quitté dur le champs si je n avais pas réservé via nooking je déconseille catégoriquement.

Hôtel très bien situé, les chambres spacieuses et confortables au 4ème étage, le personnel très à l'écoute, mention spéciale à Mme nissrine pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Le bar au 5ème avec une magnifique vue qui donne sur la Marina et la tour Hassan.
