Check in was challenging. They kept trying to charge an old credit card, and threatening to cancel our reservation. But a beautiful hotel. Far out of town. Quiet and private.

C’est un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel ( déjà plusieurs fois) , hôtel désuet dans la décoration mais l’accueil et le service est irréprochable.
La literie est confortable, la salle de bain d’un autre siècle, mais pratique.
Le seul bémol, c’est les prix du service restauration : un vous vous ( au demeurant délicieux) et une pastille au lait pour 250dh/ personne. C’est élevé pour le Maroc .
Mais ça ne nous empêchera pas d’y retourner car l e lieu est paisible!

L’emplacement est stratégique et proche de tout . Le cadre est calme et paisible . La décoration est magnifique qui marie le traditionnel au contemporain. Les plats servis sont exquis et le must est le personnel si attentionné et bienveillant ! Toujours soucieux du petit détail et toujours au petit soin . Je tiens à remercier Sanae qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable pas son immense bienveillance, Monsieur Abdellah également ! Sans oublier Nada , Morad ,Abdelilah et bien sûr Mahmoud . Une équipe soudée avec une belle entente qui met le client encore plus à l’aise . Je me suis sentie comme chez moi et comme entourée de membres de ma famille .. Et bien sûr un grand merci à la gérante Mme Chemsa qui veille à ce que ça fonctionne ainsi ! J’y retournerai sûrement à mes prochains séjours à Rabat . Atika

The second time to stay at this welcoming family run hotel. Always lovely friendly staff who are very accommodating. Nice traditional breakfast and tasty Moroccan menu for lunch and dinner. Gardens are relaxing, hotel rooms clean and comfortable. I’ll be back again!
