The place is very dirty, and a window overlooks a place with ancient remains. You will find insects in the room. An old bed and an unchanged table with leftover cigarettes. Check in was easy. It has heat and air. The bed was big. They have elevators. It was clean. Comfortable. They have cool places to sit in the hotel and outside. They have a restaurant. The food tasted good but it was small and costs too much. The shower wasn't the best a

KEEP FAR AWAY from this place. Ant and cockroach infested room.
This is not a 3 star hotel. It is a very run down hotel with extremely inflated prices. My room was infested with ants and saw a cockroach possibly two. Hygiene is non existent. Abhorrent and deplorable conditions. The pictures do not reflect anything like how it is. I left after one night when I had a three night stay. How I slept after seeing the cockroach? I was simply shattered.
Pro's: The younger guy with glasses at reception was very friendly and nice. I forgot his name but apologies, I have to be honest with my experience. Also the location isn't bad. You have local food spots and a supermarket within walking distance.

There were five of us who booked single rooms according to what we saw on their website. When we arrived, the elevator was already broken, we took the stairs which were in an advanced state of dirt, but upon entering the room, the surprise and disappoin**ent were so annoying that everyone was already starting to complain , no remote control for TV, the air conditioning broken with rusty remote control, things that date from yesteryear, no connection in the building except at reception, the bathroom tank overflowed when showering and we had to leave a long piece of wire when we unblocked the sewer, not to mention the nauseating smells everywhere, while the manager with his yellow smile kept telling us that he was sorry and that things would go back to normal. order because the hotel was full, which means that we were all victims of fraud. I am attaching the real photos so that no one experiences what we experienced... It is a disaster that the competent authority must take seriously.
