This is not a 5 star hotel, 3 star plus at best. The pool is small and overlooks the ocean, which is a great view, however there are only a few chairs and beds which people put there belongings on in the morning and disappear for hours, the pool was full of kids so not a relaxing environment. The beach are has so much to offer and the structures need attention, litter along the beach, which unfortunately is a common problem in Albania. The food for afternoon snacks is poor, however we were very pleasantly surprised by the lunch and dinner offerings. The all inclusive package is poor, the white wine is not drinkable unless you buy separately and then you are overcharged. We asked yo cancel our 2nd night stay and were told no cancellations/refunds were allowed. We stayed the day and left after one night. The rooms were very poor and well below expected standards of what is advertised as a 5 star hotel. A real shame as it could be so much better with stunning views.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No hot water or electricity, no service anywhere, not a staff member to be found at the breakfast area. All the hot food was left out cold and you have to pay extra for decent coffee in the morning. Also the beach is deserted of staff, no towels or any kind of service anywhere. The pool has dead flies in it and they have loud parties of people who are obviously not guests till 4.30 in the morning. This is not a 5 star it’s barely even a 2 star hotel. Don’t waste your money.

Ужасные номера, отсутствует люстры, шкафы все покосились, ручки на шкафах обклеены фольгой и те разваливаются, половина светильников не работает. Номера ужасного качества. А море хорошее, советую присмотреться на отели рядом. Больше эмоций

A hotel that left us with a very bad impression, the staff of the girls were very friendly, the food was not good, every day pasta and fish,(not enough boiled pasta) we asked for a room with sea view, and we were not left in that room. Unclean sea. I will not go there again.

Camere veramente belle piscina da cui si vede il mare con il bellissimo tramonto unica pecca la cucina poca scelta lontano da Valona e da qualunque attrattivita serale i drink solo quelli specificato nella lista ( pochi secondi i miei gusti e non i principali del momento ) se no a pagamento ed il bar chiude presto

Siamo stati in vacanza all hotel Regina blu con la famiglia che dire..personale gentilissimo sono a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza molto cordiali un ringraziamento particolare allo chef Ermal e a Bisi per il servizio che ci hanno riservato veramente speciali!!! hotel in riva al mare con panorama mozzafiato ottimo cibo pulizia curata e complimenti anche ai ragazzi che lavorano in spiaggia simpatici e gentilissimi sicuramente consigliato!!

We booked 4 rooms for 4 couples, we arrived at 8 am, presented the reservations, and they told us that we can check in at 1 pm, not a problem till now. We paied for the breakfeast(we had all inclusiv after we would check in) and then waited in the lounge for another 5 hours…after 5h they came to us and told us that we are not going to stay there and we are going to stay to : Oricon Coast ( in building process ) that its lower on price, lower on “all inclusive” , hot water with portion, building view and sounds every morning, rude staff (as the same At the regina blue, i think the owner its the same), mold smell, the rooms wrenet so clean , and so so more… we paied for something else , at regina blue volre , but they relocated us to a not 5 star resort! And later on first day(wich is today) we found out that others happend the same! Avoid that place, im sure you can find better place than that *bleachs* place that just try to scam ppl and overbook.. The fist 2 pics are when we arrived at regina blue, and the second ones where they relocated us… not worthing the price, read the reviews of oricon coast too, to see how *bleachs* they are!

Hotel de 5 ⭐️ que en mi opinión le sobra alguna.La decoración preciosa, hotel nuevo y limpio pero les falta experiencia. Trabajadores muy jóvenes con demasiada responsabilidad para llevar un hotel de esta categoría Aún les queda mucho para ser de 5 estrellas

Отель не отвечает всем параметра 5 звезд ! Ужасные ,вонючие номера ,в душевой плесень , сан.техника вся ржавая ,кондиционеры не работают днем ,в номере находится невозможно ! Сливная кнопка унитаза не работала ,на двери не было ручки (отломана) отваливалась штора !!!!!
