"The rbreakfast restaurant was on the fifth floor, but the elevator wasn't working. The shower didn't have hot water, only cold water. The window glass in the room was broken. Even with the heater on the room temperature didn't rise, so it was cold and I had to sleep fully clothed."

"IL MIGLIOR HOTEL IN ZONA! Per noi italiani è letteralmente la destinazione perfetta, non solo dal punto di vista del cibo (anche italiano) ma anche le camere erano estremamente pulite! "Nightmare hotel. We stayed 10 days in August in this hotel, which is fortunate only to be new and to have a very, very kind person at the reception (Genti). The manager was unable to handle the many inconveniences that befell us, three families, and other people like us. Ants and spiders in the room, on the bed, and the rooms were extremely dirty. One day the hydromassage wasn't working so they called a plumber. When we returned at 5:45 PM they told us that the plumber had taken the key and we had to wait, so we were only able to get into the room at 7:30 PM. Not to mention the breakfast; on the first day at 8 AM there were no croissants left, the poorest breakfast I've ever seen, with only one coffee and/or cappuccino available. And as a final gem, one day we returned to our room and it hadn't been made up. The beach was always dirty and full of people, including people who weren't staying at the hotel. In short, our holiday was ruined!"

"To start with, the bed was not made when we arrived. Then we noticed many black dirty stains on the 4 walls of the bedroom. To continue, 3 light bulbs in the bathroom were not working at all. We czlled many tomes begire someone coukd come. Then the safe had to be changed 2 times because it was not working either. The main light in the bedroom was coming from an old round shape ceiling yellow light that gives a murky atmosphere to the room. Last but not least, we could not properly lock the entrance door of our bedroom and slept completely stessed as we had to wait 24h for the handy man to fix it. After all these troubles, what strikes me the most is that nobody had the decency to present a single excuse for all these inconvenients."

"Positive: Staff very friendly, room/bungalow clean and obviously recently renovated, beach is private and relatively clean but crowded with tourists on weekends, breakfast at least continental/Albanian with horribly strong coffee. Negative: practically everything. No glasses in the room. Dinner was served according to the provided menu; substituting the soup for the salad or another appetizer was not possible; if the food had at least been of decent quality, it might have been acceptable. Vegetable soup with lots of lumps of flour and no seasoning, meat dry and tough (beef and chicken), salad overcooked and a very small portion, Bolognese sauce completely tasteless. To make matters worse: 150 ml of tonic water at the beach bar was only 300 Lek, a 0.4-liter beer only 400 Lek, and a 375 ml bottle of wine 1200 Lek. No dress code, so you could show up to breakfast in a bikini top. Sorry about the friendly staff. Never again."
