The villa was in a good location, the room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and overall had a great experience. The staff was kind and helpful. We were on a family holiday and had a blast, I would definitely recommend.

The property itself is lovely, well maintained, and picturesque. The staff were helpful and provided a wonderful breakfast.
I don't know if this was typical, but there was a neighborhood dog that barked constantly, all night long. I feel badly for the property as that is not their fault, but I was unable to get any sleep at all as a result.

Thank you for everything! GOOD service, clean room & healpful staff. Our stay were so pleasent! They even arranged taxi Evert Day to us. We loved the red wine wich was homemade. Genuin nice staff 24/7.

We booked from booking the deluxe room with balcony, and our room was everything but deluxe , it was small, three single beds, tv not working, we talked to the receptionist and their explanation was “What do you expect from a deluxe room, ?!” like we hadn’t been in a deluxe room before !! Liars and not talking responsibility. We paid for the deluxe room and we did not take a deluxe room !!!!!!

Room without balcony but with climate and nice. The owner speaks Italian. He understands Italian needs but he rightly proposes the environment and catering at an Albanian family level. It has a patio that acts as a wonderful little restaurant and bar, really impressive. The place is too cute 300 meters from the beach
