I spent a wonderful 3-day stay at the Hermitage with my wife. The staff is helpful, courteous and prepared; the location is simply fabulous: you can see the respect for the original structure and the surrounding nature. Breakfast for 10! Central location with respect to all the sites of greatest interest. If we just had to make one note, in our opinion the bathroom should be modernized while respecting the original a**osphere. We will definitely be back. P. S.: the Arabic fountain that runs through practically the entire structure deserves to be studied in hydraulic engineering faculties!

Wir wurden von Herrn Dario wunderbar und herzlich empfangen, der uns mit einer Führung durch die Geschichte der Anlage erfreute. Sein Enthusiasmus ließ uns sofort wohlfühlen. Ein wahrhaft bezaubernder Ort voller Geschichte, an dem man sich entspannen und das ausgezeichnete Essen in seinem Restaurant genießen kann. Die Speisen werden mit Liebe und Hingabe zubereitet. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald mit unseren Freunden wiederkommen werden.

Great hotel, a former monastery. Super friendly staff who cater to all requests. The breakfast buffet was sensational, including homemade honey and a variety of homemade sweet and savoury dishes. A German-speaking hotel employee named Dario was also very friendly and helped me with many questions regarding excursions and leisure activities.

It is so beautiful here, every detail is the most beautiful. Its aesthetic height will make you stand out from many hotels on websites such as Booking, and you will like it at first sight. It is a Norman noble family with a history of hundreds of years, with grand architecture and decoration, beautiful swimming pools and gardens, as well as agriculture and a small airport. It is great! It is close to the city and the seaside, and it is very convenient to drive. The owner and staff of the hotel are very kind, friendly and lovely. The owner also has two beautiful daughters and a golden retriever named Max. This is a luxury hotel that makes you feel at home. Compared with the stereotyped and boring large chain five-star hotels, this is the most distinctive, unique and one-of-a-kind. In order to maintain the precious memory and style of the long-standing family, relatively old furniture and furnishings are used here. These vintage furniture are very expensive and worth cherishing in our Asia. My favorite hotel!

Eremo della Giubiliana is one of these incredible places you want to tell the whole world about, but at the same time, want to keep to yourself. If you are looking for an intimate holiday within the heart of Sicily, you have found the right place to stay at. Everything about this hotel screams perfection. From the pool that is surrounded by grass and makes it fell like a familiar and gorgeous garden, to the decoration of the rooms that is modern with the touch of ancient Italy one can look for when visiting Sicily. The menu is inspired by Sicilian cuisine and you will not be disappointed, as everything is home made with local and delicious wine and pork delicatessen. The breakfast is often a meal I am disappointed in in hotels, but at Eremo Della Giubiliana, it more than exceeded my expectations with more options than my stay here could allow me to try. To me the privacy and spirit of the establishment makes it the most unique hotel I ever got the chance to stay at and I have made it a personal obligation to return every summer. Oh and there are a lot of activities you can experience in the area (biking, beaches, villages to discover, hiking, wine tasting, golf and so many others) which the amazing staff will help you to discover. Ps: Me and my friends booked a car with the help of hotel owner who is incredibly welcoming, so they can also help you with that!

An idyllic vacation in a little corner of Sicilian paradise! A big shout out to the entire hotel team for this magical week of vacation. My husband and I stayed for 7 days in this hotel, which is a real oasis, far from the hustle and bustle and noise, to give way to calm and relaxation.
