Location is great, property well managed, courteous staff, good indoor games zone, nice deluxe cottage, water pond and stream during monsoon backside of property. Food is good however they have only buffet options with fixed menu.

Our stay was a very pleasant one. I would like to thank the house keeping team for making our anniversary special and the chef for a wonderful cake. I would recommend this property to the people who are looking for a comfortable stay after their hectic routine, the staff will literally take care of everything. It felt like my mother’s home to me. Amazing Stay and Exceptional Service at Novotel Khopoli We had a wonderful weekend stay at Novotel Khopoli. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the customer service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. A special shout-out to Surojit at The Square restaurant for his outstanding service—he truly made our dining experience memorable. One incident, in particular, stood out for us and is something we will never forget. After checking out of the hotel, we realized an hour later that I had forgotten my handbag in the lobby washroom. We immediately contacted the hotel, and Shadbad was quick to respond. He confirmed that they had found the bag and assured us it would be couriered to our residence. Pooja from the housekeeping team went out of her way to arrange the courier quickly. What impressed us most was the hotel's transparency—they proactively informed us about the cash inside the bag and even offered to transfer it to our bank account to ensure the courier could be sent safely without any risk. This level of professionalism and coordination by the entire Novotel team was truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful for their support and exceptional service. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable and ensured our belongings were returned safely. We highly recommend Novotel Khopoli for anyone looking for an extraordinary hospitality experience.

Went their considering their 3 star status last week with family. But it is just a upscale **********. Construction is not complete and absolutely it is not a 3 star hotel. charges of 5000 -6000 per night is too much. It is worth 2000 per night and not more. Our room was full of bugs and lizards. Mr. Arjun was very co-operative and must appreciate it the only good thing about this hotel. In complimentary breakfast you get only upma, idle, bread butter, poha, tea and coffee. That too restaurant guys were literally considering price if you will ask anything 2nd time. I even heard restaurant in charge saying this people eat free food here. We not eat free food we paid 5000 Rs. per night for this 1 star hotel. It is close to Imagica that is only plus point. Ramada construction was underway and very soon it will be ready to provide good option near Imagica. We tried their restaurant for dinner was food quality was good but there is no concept of service.

Coconut greenland resort is very beautiful and pleasant place for relaxing vacation and some quality time with near and dear once. Make my trip has absolutely made the booking very easy to access and get updates. Yes whatever is in the picture of the property the property is exactly the same rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, the washroom facilities are also very good and well equipped. The staff and all the services are very polite and very helpful they are always just a call away to help us. Swimming pool is clean and also you can play your favorite playlist there is gym and park for workout to soak yourself in the morning sunlight to hear the chirpping of birds place full of greenery. Food is also good thou the place is little in the outskirts but once we are in the property there is alot to do good ambience. Good to go place

It's a beautiful and well- maintained property. The best part of my stay was the service. Whether it's the front-desk, housekeeping or the restaurant staff; they're all customer-oriented people. It's all service with a smile, each and every single one of them. Prompt and quick to address any requests from the customer. The pool has a frangipani tree next to it, which looks very pretty. The bougainvillea plants are strategically placed all over the property adding to the charm of this place. The food is good, in fact there are several people who come to the restaurant to dine there even though they aren't staying there.The rooms were spacious and clean. The balcony sit out area with the swing is a great feature. We were served welcome drinks on our arrival.

We were a group of 15 Adults & 2 Children and stayed for 1N at the Sterling Nature Trails at Kundalika Kolad resort recently. a) Location - It is located in the Kamath village at Kolad and one will need assistance of the Google Maps to reach to this secluded resort (located in the lap of nature). The roads are in good condition except the last 500 Meters which is undeveloped / not maintained. There is ample parking space available at the property. It is must to have your own vehicle since public transport will not be immediately / easily available. b) Rooms - We stayed at the Regular AC tent which accomodates 4 people (one double bed & two single beds). The tents are in okay condition but clean. The bathrooms were clean as well; there no toiletries provided except 3 small bars of soap. Four (4) bottles of mineral water of 500 ml each were placed at the time of checking-in. A jug of water is placed outside the tents (1 for 4 tents) for refilling the water bottles. The window ACs were working fine. However, as mentioned by several other reviewers, the rooms are dimly lit & hence, enjoying cards or board games at night becomes difficult. c) Food - We paid for full board and the buffet lunch, dinner & breakfast served is good. They arrange for hi-tea and snacks like Onion Pakoda, Potato fries for extra charges. Vaibhav helped us by arranging ice-creams (at extra cost) after dinner. The restaurant staff is helpful and caters to our requests in their best possible ways. Please be considerate that there are limited resources available at the property and hence, unrealistic requests may not be fulfilled. The taste & quality of the food is above average but definitely worth the money that we spent on the package. The restaurant is open from all sides and has a shed and because of the location amidst greenery / forest area, there are flying insects at night which may disturb your peaceful dinner. The restaurant premise and utensils are maintained in clean conditions. Requesting the management to upgrade the handwash area. d) Activities - We were offered complimentary activities - Zip-Line, Burma Bridge, Tarzan Swing, Kayaking and a treasure hunt game in the evening - which are all well guided and supervised by their team. Manoj, Manohar and their team gave detailed instructions before every activity and are very friendly. e) Other important points - There are no TVs or WiFi in the room which may make your stay boring unless you are a group of people. This is an ideal place for picnic when you are in a group (families, friends or office colleagues). Only couples or single nuclear families may avoid this unless you want to travel this far only to be all alone by yourself without access to TV or mobile or internet or outside world. This place is far from the river rafting start point but the transportation for rafting is arranged by the resort at extra costs. The zostel kolad property is situated in a stunning location alongside the kolad river. The setting is truly superb. However, during our stay, we encountered some issues. The cleanliness of the property left something to be desired, and unfortunately, the air conditioning units were not functioning properly. Additionally, there seemed to be a shortage of staff. Despite these challenges, i must commend the property managers sudarshan and kanishk for their hopeful and accommodating demeanor. Their efforts certainly made a difference. Furthermore, the food provided was excellent, although there is room for improvement in diversifying the menu and increasing the number of staff members. Overall, our experience was positive primarily due to the enchanting location and ambiance of the property.
