We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & managed to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

Everything was awesome and the breakfast was superb only disappointed from the buffet dinner, staffs were cooperative Waiting for the next visit to Hyatt Raipur.

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Very Helpful service team , peaceful stay, good food. decent large room with working table. NO Swimming pool, thats a minus for me personally.

The locations is perfect, getting cabs is a breeze, but the breakfast buffet isn’t the best considering the standards of a 5 star establishment.

staff seems to untrained & not as per standard of haytt , they are struggling to check me in with hdd membership, they have not redeem my vouchers , feels like it's waste of money to become a platinum member of hdd

Welcome was good, better experienced staff should be at the reception. No one was available for shifting luggage to the room. Room services were prompt. Managers should know how to handle central alarm system. Left over plates kept outside rooms should be removed immediately. Good ambience at Cafe, good breakfast.
