Most comfortable and big room and delicious meal with familiar staffs. Most recommended stay in raipur city.

We had stayed for 4 nights. The service is pathetic. While asking for help, you get asked to contact innumerable numbers. I got "scolded" by their staff for asking for help. Towels stink, no hot water in the bathroom. Everything is acceptable but being screamed upon inspite of being polite is unacceptable. Ms. Kiran i hope you have the basic courtesy of listening to what your next customer has to ask before screaming back

This is not for the discount...but my overall experience was good for the stay ... hospitality was fine , th food was also good....only problem tht refrigerator was not working...and I missed dental kit in the room. Overall I m happy with the stay ......😊

Rooms are very smelly, sheets are not very clean, towels are not maintained properly, totally these days hotel not keeping cleanliness.

The property is rated 4 star but i don't know if that is true for this hotel. I have been to better 3 stars. The property is situated over a sewage (not visible) but the smell in some rooms is unbearable. Our room had the sewage smell in bathroom and we had to call some 10 times to get it changed. The hotel should get more staff to timely resolve queries. Following up for things shouldn't be needed.
