The Downton Hotel

I would like to say that overall Downton Hotel is a very good hotel. It is getting converted into Regenta in. The GM Mr Shankar Jha and ***ager Mr Shailendra are very hospitable. The rooms give a feel of a good 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and has all amenities. Bed, office table, kettle, fridge, cupboard, locker etc. The room lighting should be improved. The food here is very good and tasty. Not very spicy and oily. The staff is very helpful. I stayed her with 30 plus guest for my sisters wedding for 4 days and everyone enjoyed. They have a very spacious lobby and Haldi ceremony was organised there. The mehendi and Sangeet in their hall. Best wishes to Regenta Inn Raipur

Best with the family and dinner was superb and ***agement was really impressive ❤️❤️❤️by dolly and Sonu and starter was really awesome and and all stuff was very helpful ambiance of hotel is really great desert are pretty tasty and my family loved

Good place to stay!! I went with family for a 2 night stay.The rooms were clean and good.i saw the trip rating and booked this hotel.This hotel as expected was good.awesome.The hospitality was good. We wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money. Rooms were spacious.Staff in this hotel is very friendly.

Nothing to say much about this hotel. They have best interior design in lobby and restaurant you will not feel like it's hotel bcs you will feel your in Village are as they have done Village style interior . And the restaurant food is superb. The staff are wonderful and polite. Love to stay here again.

Hotel experience was very nice very polite staff and they provide you the best services the most beautiful thing about the hotel is that everything is totally comfortable from rooms to f&b room is fully cleaned and food is very tasty

I have ***y hotel visited, but downton hotel is very very beautiful hotel as compared to hyatt ,sayaji, Marriott, Clark's inn, maifair etc ,, this type of hotel is only group hotel but Downton hotel is not group becz downton hotel design structure and wall design is very nice ,food is very testy, all staff behavior,grooming ,& way of talking is very good, Hk related all complementry was available.... AC, light, fire related all systems is available... Really I am very very happy for your good service... Thank you Downton hotel staff team.....

They are lot list to explain. 1.Hotel When i reched hotel at time of 11:30 am. There is security came out to near my vehicle to greetings us and he took our luggage to the reception. 2.Reception Its very super fast check-in process by Mr.Niraj and he is very frindely to us not only to us i saw him he was very closed to every guest. 3.Housekeeping What a surprise when i enter in room. Room was quite big with excellent cleaning and fragrance and bath room was clean with all the amenities. Special thanks to Ms.sunkumari she has a nice smile always on her face. 4.Restaurant It is very wonderful when I enter the restuarent I felt at my home.The service staff is very active and taking care of every little thing.The staff explain the menu so clearly that is difficult for me to understand what to eat.☺ Special thanks to Mr.Prashant..He has great smile always on his face. 5.IRD All staff is very active guy and behavior is also fine. Room service is very fast. Thanks to all staff.

Food &staff Service is very good . Good ambiance. Well maintained properly near railway station, staff are very polite and professional, good hotel in raipur station chipest rates 1 well maintained properly 2 Staff behaviour also good like family
