Property's location is quite good. It is hardly 5 mins walking from the railway station. The room size is also big.

It is a average stay. Receptionist behaviour is rude. Extra bed is very uncomfortable. On total not a good experience.

Quite a few issues with the hotel:
1. Located in a shabby area
2. Unprofessional and untrained staff - right from the reception to housekeeping
3. The rooms are not maintained and smelly
4. The flush doesn't work after evening

Location is good, food is ok, best part there is buffet breakfast, hygiene standards is best. Reception, restaurant and bar response over call is instantaneous. Very good stay and courteous staff
