I stayed at this hotel for a few days and was very disappointed with the experience.
The facilities at the hotel were not good. I had to call for basic amenities like a shaving set and shoe polish. There was no hot water in the evening and at night during this winter session, which was very inconvenient. I also received unnecessary calls from the spa to my hotel room.
The food at the hotel was also not good.The breakfast area was too small.
Overall, I would not recommend staying at Fortune Hotel, Rajkot.

Had dinner and breakfast here.. it was awesome and worth it. Stay facility was also good. Overall nice experience. I will visit again. Had met with swastika works as GSA here.. very friendly and cooperative. Would like to refer this accommodation to others also.

This hotel though located outside the city has good service and staff are very friendly and rooms are neat and clean. The quality of food also is very good across cuisines. The staff is very hospitable and always ready to help and quality of wifi was also good.

i found that all staff was so cooperative and specially Mr. Ajay has done good job and very good by natrure, food was so delicious but the room dining services was quite delay so please do the newdful for next time, all over experience was very good

Excellent hospitality and wonderful service. Variety is really good and restaurant team right from the entry are very courteous and really take good care of your choices .Chef personally meets the guests for feedback. Ajay in restaurant is very good alongwith others in restaurant. Must visit property in rajkot.. Pool and Spa, though small but are well maintained and professionally run..

Comfortable stay, clean rooms,well lit, good location their staff was very courteous and humble,excellent food with good spread, Indian , Chinese and continental all cuisine were wonderful ,had a lovely time to top it all breakfast was lovely.

Amazing room and service. The staff is very courteous and prompt for service. Room service food is also good which they tweaked as per dietary preference. Breakfast is offering is also good, with Mr Vijay providing exceptional service. He ensures your experience is good!

Comfortable stay.Smooth check in check out. One of the best hotel of rajkot. Near to airport. Small swimming pool for children not for adult. Gym is also contains limited equipments. Spa facility is available but very not upto the price and service

1) The staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. 2) The food is so amazing. 3) Staff of the restaurant perform their duty so amazingly with so much perfection I remember Sakshi who was helping guests in an impressive manner. 4) Hotel staff ensured that I enjoy my stay each day . 5) the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job too. I will love to visit again.
