I stayed at Regency lagoon for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I called the hotel for enquiry about reservations since it was my first time in Rajkot, luckily Mr. Suri Singh picked up my call , he and guided me all through. I felt so welcomed that I didn’t hesitate to book the hotel. During my stay I had a problem my mother had forgotten all her medicines in Delhi, some of them are very difficult to find outside Delhi but Mr. Suri like a brother took it upon himself to help me. I finally got the medicines and at very reasonable prices. During the last day i had a very late evening flight, and was concerned if the hotel will give us a late check out, so I spoke to front office to assist us and Mr. Pranam glady accepted my request. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, very friendly staff. I m a frequent traveller within India and I indeed felt the difference in this hotel. The staff are kind and amazing.

I highly recommend the stay here. Food quality is awesome and housekeeping staff's specially Jibanti and Joshima are too friendly and helpful. I really thanks them for making my stay memorable. We were hooked to Dal Tadka, Jira Rice and Mango Lassi.
