The hotel is too stingy! The water flow is deliberately adjusted to be very small, as thin as a pencil, and it takes half a day to rub the towel. The water tank in the toilet was also working intermittently, and the sliding door of the shower room would slide open automatically when closed, so I had no choice but to use something to hold it up. I don’t even know how the four stars came about? Maybe it's just that the external environment of the hotel is good, but it's just fake! Will never stay at this hotel again.

Disgraceful room maintenance for a supposedly high end Marriott property. Mold in the shower, drywall damage in the bedroom ceiling. Clogged sink in the bathroom. Front desk acknowledges the issues, but not terribly responsive - “we will let engineering know”. Booked via the Marriott site as part of a weekend wedding, and tried to extend the reservation for 3 additional nights under the original reservation. Marriott system would not allow the extension, so ended up with 4 separate reservations for the property. Called the hotel in advance to see if these could be consolidated - and was told it was not possible, however in the process ended up having our first night stay cancelled! Stayed in a Sheraton Four Points that seemed to have significantly higher cleanliness standards at half the price.

The room was nice and clean. The entertainment in the bar area was very good. The bar service was excellent. The dining room for breakfast was lacking a bit as far as service, but was okay.

The bathroom shower had substantial black and pink mildew and mold. I actually cleaned it before taking my shower.
I have never had issue at this hotel and have enjoyed previous visits.
