"In general, it’s a bad experience of staying this hotel. Won’t come back anymore unless there are improvements. Pros: room is spacious and good location for a stopover. Cons: I stayed in room #105. 1. Poor lighting at the living room area and the front door area. Only the lighting in bathroom is bright. 2. Very noisy that I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Non stop noises from the upstairs and neighbors. Especially the sound of toilet flushing. Was like several minutes a loud flushing of toilet at around 3:20am onwards. The sound of toilet flushing of my room is also very loud. 3. The receptionist at the evening forgot to add comments of late checkout of my booking. The next day when I back to hotel for packing but the door card was expired. But the receptionist in the day time helped me to figure out."

"Stayed for a softball tournament and got in around midnight, exhausted from a full day of games and cold. Assigned to room 103 and despite the request to be away from the elevators, we were so happily (sarcastic!) placed across from the gym! Sunday we were able to sleep in a bit since we had a later game yet the constant noise (weights) from the gym kept us awake since 7 something in the morning. So great for team no sleep with tournaments all day in the cold and a 3 hour drive home. Very disgruntled to say the least!"

"The hotel I chose to attend the Raleigh Spring Music Festival, I stayed for two nights! Hilton Hotel maintains its unique, luxurious, standardized, iconic decoration style and material selection standards, making people feel cozy and comfortable. The hotel bedding, bathing facilities, cleanliness and comfort are beyond expectations! The hotel's service is also very thoughtful and meticulous, providing the best service without disturbing customers too much! However, the price of the hotel booked this time is much more expensive than usual, because the music festival held in Raleigh Central Park is too attractive, and there are too many travelers (audiences) coming to Raleigh! Be sure to book a hotel more in advance in the future! (Time is tight, I forgot to take pictures)."

"This hotel is a little way out from the immediate downtown area, but it was easy to get around with public transport nearby. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive and friendly throughout my stay. I also had a nice view from my room, and the fact that there's a walking trail nearby was a fantastic bonus for unwinding after a busy day. The Verified Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby to start the mornings . Highly recommend for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay near Raleigh!"
