This hotel is in a great location, the room is clean and comfortable, the service staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection is rich and delicious. GGuest UserThe hotel is too stingy! The water flow is deliberately adjusted to be very small, as thin as a pencil, and it takes half a day to rub the towel. The water tank in the toilet was also working intermittently, and the sliding door of the shower room would slide open automatically when closed, so I had no choice but to use something to hold it up. I don’t even know how the four stars came about? Maybe it's just that the external environment of the hotel is good, but it's just fake! Will never stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe location is great, the bed is big and comfortable. It is close to a movie theater and Target, and some shops. The front desk is very friendly and gave us some good tips on what to do and where to eat. The bathroom mirror was odd, at night I saw this mysterious red dot inside of the mirror, I was a bit scared. After calling the front desk, I realized there is a built in TV in the mirror. A bit weird design.

GGuest UserWe booked out stay with friends for the Carolina Hurricanes Game. Great location, close enough to the arena but also surrounded by many great restaurants. The hotel had a nice bar, that stayed open pretty late after we got back from the game. we will be going back if the price is right for our next hockey game. The service and cleanliness was great.

GGuest UserFabulous Customer Service! Team members like Jamel make you feel welcome and he was so very helpful. He was so friendly, we had no problems. The hotel was packed but he made sure that my young adults and I had rooms right next to each other. It meant so much as we came in from different Cities. We had a marvelous trip to Raleigh.
